EXTREMELY RACIST STAFF THAT WORK IN THERE OFFICE iv already posted stuff for all of the people of colour women of colour be aware of this company I was assaulted and in distress and the racist women and men that take calls in the of where disgusting and me and my partner are disgusted in there biggot behaviour

I was told I couldn't leave cab without leaving my phone (only means to call for help if anything goes wrong) as part of a wait and return.
If they had asked for payment up front I would have had no problem paying this but they didn't.

I felt unsafe after that, being effectively detained unless I give up my phone.
It seems dangerous to me and potentially opens a lot of young and vulnerable women open to this system being abused.

Called the company base and they confirmed this is a company wide policy that they tell their drivers to do.

I made a booking for a cab to take me to the railway station as i had prebooked rail tickets. Booking for cab was made 24 hours in advance. Called five minutes after pick up time and was told that there were no cabs available on the south side of glasgow and that cabs were only allocated ten minutes before booked pick up time. was told that priority was being given to last minute callers. Not even a hint of an apology from the person i spoke to, I got the impression that they just didn't care. This company couldn't run a booze up in a brewery. I will definitely not be using this poor excuse for a taxi company ever again.

Glasgo Cabs say they can't rescue a disabled person with a bicycle if the bicycle has broken down, they're cabs are not big enough. Luckily Glasgow Taxis are prepared to rescue disabled people with broken down bikes which means us disabled people can cycle more than a couple of miles from home without worrying about getting home if our bikes break down.

Worst taxi driver I ever had, told me he was at the place I was due to be picked up. When he was not, showed up later.

Then his sat nav took him a longer route, through rush hour traffic, when I said to him his satnav is taking him a longer route. He snapped and said his satnav is taking him that way and I should respect him. I only said his satnav took him a longer way. Added at least 15 mins onto the journey.
Instead of going up the motorway he went through the traffic. Awkward ride and I personally will never ever use this company again.

Cancelled my trip 3 minutes before pick up stating the driver wouldn't pick me up from the BP garage they are happy to drop me off at! This was a pick up at 23.10 so they effectively left me stranded at Glasgow airport. I had to use the airport bus to Glasgow and walk for an hour to get home from the city centre getting home at 00.35.

Glasgow cabs is the worse app ever. I would never never recommend them for even my enemy.

They didnt give me opportunity to speak, they just kept talking and ended call on me. I tried calling back and they rejected my call.

Pre booked to be collected at a Glasgow airport hotel yesterday.
No problems with the operator who made booking but received a call at pick up time to be told that we couldn't be collected at the hotel as had disembarked from a flight and could only be collected at airport despite explaining that companions staying at hotel and was walking there with them.
Very rude female operator told me to 'take it up with airport'.
Called uber who collected at hotel within 10 mins and was cheaper than price quoted by Glasgo cabs when I made booking.
I have deleted Glasgo cabs app and replaced it with Uber app.

Awful experience I am vulnerable with metastatic cancer and my wife is diabetic
We booked and gave our location which was prominent
The driver made little effort to find us and by phone was rude and aggressive
Suggest all unhappy clients contact citizens advice with a view to claiming compensation and quoting the 2015 consumer act which bans unfair terms and conditions etc

When I called them to ask where the driver was, I was told that they don't actually pre-book any drivers and they simply start looking for drivers once your stated pick-up time as started! Completely useless. Avoid at all costs.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star, I have been charged twice for one journey and as I’m a student and live of saas I don’t get paid for another week, this was however my last bit of money and have now been left with zero money in my account, I am diabetic and have no money to buy food now and when I phoned to ask about the 2 payments for the same journey the customer service was absolutely disgraceful, upon hearing that I would not receive my money back for another 3-5 working days I replied with asking how the money can come straight out my account why can’t it go straight back in and got no reply to that, I am diabetic and have no parents currently living so have no one to fall back on for to ask for financial help and they have left me to starve for the next 3 days at least, i will be sure to have Glasgo Cabs acknowledged for my cause of death when I have a hypo and can’t buy anything to eat

Ordered cab using app. Cab arrived. Driver said his internet not working. Told me to cancel cab and pay him direct. I did this and got charged a £5 cancellation fee. Still had to pay my fair. What a con!

Worse company . They don't care about customers treat you like piece of garbage . If you book them and want pay in car they refuse take u . Waste of time . Aggressive drivers . And they do not check up on drivers that they never had problems with police . Women be careful with this company .

App gave me a price of £22:50 for a 15 min trip from Glasgow Airport to home. Was cheaper than other quotes so I booked. It charged £27! When we left the cab I was charged another £3.50! So my fair almost 50% dearer than quoted! Completely misleading app, implying the price is fixed when they basically charge what ever they like! They made some lame excuse about being cheaper if we hadn’t used the motorway, (the quickest way to our house). Also we were not given the option and the £27 was charged before we even stepped in the cab!

100% agree, booked taxi from city centre (literally over the road from central) to home, get text saying got one, by the time we get down the stairs from the restaurant to the road we get cancelled notification. Called bank and requested this company to be blocked from any transactions inthe future without my authorisation. Got a regular black cab home. That's all aside from 3 calls to their so called call centre of reprobates who just gave my wife abuse over the phone before we gave up and called the bank.

If I could have given them no stars I would have. What a joke! A journey that should have taken 15 to 20 minutes tops turned into a 40 minute “scenic” drive through Cambuslang and Uddingston. I always use GlasGo cars over competitors like Uber because they are normally cheaper and faster. But today my driver was a disgrace. Never before have I seen such a blatant abuse of power from a driver where he takes the scenic route just to increase the fare. Shameful!!

What's the point in the pre-book feature of the app when it doesn't try to get you a driver until about 5 mins before your trip. Pre booked way in advance and 20 mins after the requested pick up time it was still trying to assign a driver. Absolute nightmare made me late for an appointment. Ridiculous.

Used app said driver would be there in 1 min driver still wasn't there 30 mins later late for work lost job and charged me five pounds because they couldn't get me a taxi. Will never use this company again
