I have returned a pair of New Balance womens trainers. They have cleared customs on 26 Jan but are still waiting to be collected. Also, Glamniya are now ignoring all of my emails. Basically, as of writing this I'm about £80 out of pocket. All to save myself £10. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

I strongly advise people to avoid ordering from Glamniya.

I purchased a pair of Adidas Wales Bonner sneakers from their website and received what appear to be clearly fake/counterfeit shoes. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused to offer a proper solution.

Instead of accepting the return, they first offered me 15% of the purchase price and told me to keep the shoes. I declined and asked for a full refund. They then increased the offer to 25% refund if I kept the shoes, which I again refused. I made it clear that I wanted a full refund because the product I received was not authentic.

Another issue is that their website lists a return address in France, which appears to be misleading. When I requested the return details, I was told to ship the product to China instead, which made the return significantly more expensive from the UK.

I ended up paying over £30 in return shipping costs. The parcel is currently stuck in Chinese customs still 4 months later, and Glamniya continues to respond with generic messages saying they are “waiting to receive the package,” while no refund has been issued.

Because of this situation, I had to raise a dispute with my bank, which fortunately refunded the payment due to the circumstances.

Overall this has been a very frustrating experience involving suspected counterfeit products, misleading return information, and poor customer service. I would strongly recommend that others be extremely cautious before ordering from this website.

Honestly, I'm really sorry I didn't look for more information about this seller, I placed the order 95 days ago and I still haven't received it today, scammers, so if I could give them zero stars I would.

J’ai commandé mi novembre une paire de baskets en toute confiance, pensant que le site était français. En réalité il s’agit d’une entreprise chinoise. 2 mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours rien reçu malgré mes nombreux mails : ils me répondent qu’il faut que je sois patiente et qu’ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser tant que le colis -jamais reçu car toujours en Chine - ne leur a été retourné. J’ai signalé la fraude sur le site du gouvernement français. L’assurance de ma carte bancaire m’a remboursée mais ce n’est pas le cas de toutes les banques. À FUIR.

Would give zero stars if I could, ordered my daughter trainers for her christmas in November and nothing came they sent me an email saying everything was ok and it was on its way but still nothing. Total scam, avoid

Do not order from this dreadful company they sell fakes. They have an address in France but when you want to return the fake product they want you to pay to return to China. Thankfully my credit card upheld my dispute so no money was lost.

Do not use this company if you think you may need to return goods. Although supposedly based in France they request returns to be made to China. Still waiting for a refund on goods returned in November.

This company advertises Genuine goods and supplies counterfeits. I ordered Adidas trainers, paying a full retail price. I received fake ones. The website policy says they will refund and pay for postage. They will not. They try to get you to keep the goods and offer a discount. Their phone number rings out and there is no response.

Do not go near this shower of thieves. I’d give zero stars if I could. Fake New Balance trainers which I paid £80 for. Shop in France and shipped from China. Offered 25% refund and to keep the ‘No Balance’ 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. I will continue to email them just on principle. They keep telling me that it takes a while for a refund to be processed which is absolute garbage. Don’t go near them!

I ordered ugg slippers and was assured they were real. I received fake ones with defective stitching and have been trying to return these for a refund since last month. They want the goods returned to China as their EU warehouse is closed at my own cost! They keep asking me if i want to keep these fakes and they will partially reimburse me. I have now put this into the hands of my credit card provider. DONT BUY OFF OF THIS SITE - IT IS FAKE

I ordered branded trainers which took 2 weeks to arrive. The boxing looked fake. I compared the trainers to a pair my friend had, and the fabric was different and the logo was too and it was not sharp. I emailed asking to return. They offered me a 15% refund as their Europe branch was shut making returns difficult. Ive asked for a full refund. I still waiting on a resolution. Do not buy goods from this company.

Total scam, same as others. Ordered adidas, received obvious fakes, wouldnt explain return process, then eventually said I would have to return to China. Raising a dispute with credit card company as this is nothing but a scam
