I would rate at 0 but not able. I ordered two tops in November and still not arrived in January. No communication and money taken.
Do not order from them!

Do not order - ordered 2 track suits on the 17th December. I have only recieved 'label created' - multiple emails sent to ask for information. The number provided isnt even their, it was random. So basically a scam. I have contacted my bank to reverse charge.

Do Not Order!! Heard nothing back! !!!“I placed this order on 10 December. The tracking has remained at ‘label created’ only, which confirms the parcel was never handed to Royal Mail. There is no carrier scan, no delivery attempt, and no proof of
dispatch.
I have contacted the seller multiple times and received no response.
As the item has not been delivered and the seller is unresponsive, I am requesting a full refund under the platform’s item not received policy.”

Do not order from this company , I placed an order 4th of December and still haven’t received my items . I have emailed sent messages through their contact page and nothing . Will be contacting my bank now for scam.

Order arrived but not what it was advertised as. Tried to email for refund but have not received anythin. Do not think they exsist.

Absolutely shocking - do not order from here. They came recommended on TikTok so I placed an order. Spent over £50 and items never arrived. Customer service is non existent, never reply to emails or answer the web forms on their website. Attempting to get my money back in other ways. Don’t bother wasting your time and ignore the fact their website says they have five star reviews!!!

Haven’t received my order yet. Have emailed the company 3 times asking for information and have had no reply. Won’t be buying from here again even if this is resolved. But not holding my breath.

Ordered through tik tok advertisement not aware it was from china. Order placed 6th December still not arrived and emailed numerous times but no reply avoid at all costs !

I ordered 2 items on 1st December only received them today. Nothing like what I ordered. Fake goods from China. I’ve requested to return, awaiting reply, I won’t hold my breath Similar to another item I ordered, Veneriwearlondon (thinking it’s same people) and was told it could cost £30 to return plus any custom charges for a £40 dress. ***stay well away from this site

Please don’t order anything from this site! Such a scam! The order too two months to arrive and it’s nothing like what is shown online! Completely different! Cheap rubbish! Please don’t waste your money. Would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could, I also unfortunately fell for the scam website, ordered a month ago and not a single movement from my order. They timed it well pretending the delay was due to Black Friday demand but really there was never an order to begin with. I also emailed them and got a virus sent back to me so that was great. Do not trust this company lol I have learnt my lesson no more TikTok shop for me anyway
