The products are excellent.
I first bought a birthday box as a present, they were over the moon with it.
I then bought another one for a Christmas present and I also had one. Excellent
I have very thick, grey hair and I had difficulty finding shampoo and conditioner for my hair.
Theses products are amazing for my hair type.
I have also taken advantage of buying more bundles for birthday and Christmas presents because of the early Black Friday’s they have had on.
I hope there will be more sales like this one again

I wouldn’t have give a star if I had option
I wouldn’t give a star if I had option, I made order, just before I place my order I had changed my address, as I have moved. I placed my order and realised it was going to be ordered to my previous address. I emailed them straight away asking for help. They said they were going to cancel my order and escalate it so I could have my parcel go to my new address. Since then, I’ve received next to little/no help since, parcel had not been cancelled and was sent to my previous address. Still no reply to my email, I’ve never had this problem with them before. Very disappointed.. Such a shame tbh.

Everything was greatly communicated, with postage and packaging. Absolutely love the products but it gets a 4* as i’m not a fan of the lip scrub that i got. The lip scrub just came apart and wouldn’t even sit on my lips. Other than that i will defo be buying again.
