Great gift…. Looked exactly like the pictures… very pleased. Arrived promptly and well packaged

The picture of my dad don't look like him at all and the urn was smaller than expected at least 2 times the size.

I received my customized drink cups recently. Have not used them. They look good. I have two concerns. First is that I understand these are not meant for the dishwasher. Will the print on the cups withstand typical hand washing over time? What are the guarantees? Secondly, the cups are much thinner than I expected. I thought they would be a thicker plastic. When I grip the cup, it flexes in. So I'm a bit disappointed with the sturdiness.

I ordered matching Mr. and Mrs shirts. I was only delivered one shirt. I’m still missing the Mr. shirt and I have reached out to the company on multiple emails and I’ve gotten nowhere so I don’t recommend this company at all. They’re not trying to rectify the situation at all.

Plenty of custom option to make the image personal. It looks exactly as depicted on the website. I am very happy with the results.

My son gets married next Saturday and we bought this present early for xmas 2026.

The basket is just perfect for my books! I have it in my bookcase, so it is very handy when I want another book to read. The personalization is a nice touch, and the colors of thebasket cover are attractive.

I have bought this as a gift for a friend who has just lost her beloved dog. Overall I am happy except that the name can hardly be distinguished, it's very small and blurry. The picture and other wording is lovely though 😍

The box was dented and inside the metal frame was protected by some thin polystyrene which did cover it but it was slightly dented or bowed in the middle but it was a anniversary surprise for my husband and he insisted on trying to straighten it out he lives it sto the actual gift is lovely just bit battered time it got to us shame because it’s lovely

Ordered two of the personalised ashes urns for my Brother and I to keep our Mother’s ashes close to us.
