Absolutely terrible experience. They cancelled my ticket without informing me and I only discovered it when I called them. Their excuse was that the seat was not available at the price I booked.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. You cannot cancel customers’ tickets without informing them and then make excuses.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Due to the conflict in the Middle east our flights were cancelled. Great communication from Kevin who arranged our refund within 3 weeks. The company must have bee inundated with people expecting refunds or re bookings but it's good to know for the future that these guys can cope.

Booking is quick and easy. I spoke to Alina and she was very helpful in confirming the additional cost incurred in the event of changing the flight date.

As per other 1* reviews, this company charged me £485 admin fee because we are unable to transit through Dubai due to the ongoing conflict and FO advice. Emirates are giving full refunds for cancelled flights. Also quoting 6-8 weeks for refunds to process - which in this day and age I find very difficult to believe. Imagine airline refunds immediately. Would never use this company again.
