I was apprehensive about ordering a tool from a website that I've had no previous knowledge of and had tools at such a good price. I did my research, took steps to protect myself, and placed the order. Everything went smooth, the order process, order acknowledgements, shipping notification, tracking number, delivery confirmation, and receiving a new tool exactly as described. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have purchased several Milwaukee cordless power tools and batteries from GenuineTools.com and I couldn’t be more pleased. All new, the price you pay can’t be beat and with free and fast shipping, there is no better place to buy your tools. If you’re in the market for name brand tools at a fantastic price, look no further than GenuineTools.com.

Everything went great. Ill keep genuine in mind for futher needs.

A convenient website, easy to navigate. Straight forward checkout process. Short time delivery. The product is as ordered. Needless to say, Milwaukee products are excellent!

Great prices for profesional tools I recommend

I purchased a set of Milwaukee power tools during the Labor Day sale 2025. I was slightly apprehensive since the price was significantly lower than the typical retail place (Home Depot).
The item shipped and was delivered within a week. I received a brand new, unopened product just as I had hoped. Even little tags and the plastic pull tab keeping the batteries unused were still untouched and intact. I'm happy and will buy again during another sale.

You need to check out Genuine

Shipping was a little slow considering West Coast delivery. But, the tools were good quality and prices great. The communication and updates excellent.

Good communication on delivery progress good tool in new condition at a fair price. Will consider Genuine for more tool needs.

Yes I agree with other review. These are not new tools and they won’t accept a return unless you jump through lots of hoops. Avoid

I was pleased with clear and timely communication, generous resolution to an issue which appeared to be a manufacturer's defect and the best pricing. I will shop with Genuine Tools again!

First the price was the best I could find and I looked everywhere. Next shipping was super fast as I ordered over a Holiday weekend and their team got my shipment out that Friday and it delivered Monday morning. I received a confirmation email with all the details and it shipped so quickly I didn’t need to track it. Overall a great price solid transaction and super fast shipping I’m sold. I’d definitely order from them again what more could you ask for. Thanks GenuineTools.com!!
