Milwaukee M18 Fuel 1/4 hex impact driver was delivered in oe box and the impact driver was, as expected, new. Their communication throughout the purchase was great and delivery time was fine. Would not hesitate on purchasing again. Great reseller of Milwaukee.

Quick shipping of authentic tools at discount prices. Packaged securely. Great prices compared to home stores. Tools not shipped in store packaging, but secured in thick plastic wrap. Tools are new, NOT refurbished or have any cosmetic flaws. I'll be continuing to follow the Genuine Tools website and ordering Milwaukee and Dewalt products, brand new and steeply discounted. Awesome site.

Authentic Milwaukee products

Not sure about others experience. But I bought a 12/18v Milwaukee Charger and it was the real deal OEM part for under $40.

Received the Milwaukee Power Drill on time, in excellent condition and the tool is working gre5

I ordered the new m12 subcompact. Saved like 30 bucks over buying in the store. The only difference - no factory packaging. I don’t know about you, but to me, $30 is a bit much to pay for a cardboard box. But hey, maybe you are the hoarder, ahem, I mean, the collector type, and have an entire room full of empty factory cardboard packaging. If so, you may want to have a look at their “new, sealed” options and probably still save money. Super fast shipping, confirmation emails at every step, A+.

Quality name brand products for a great price with fast delivery

Easy to order and it’s on the way, will report back when it arrives

Tool arrived quickly and well packaged. It was exacty as described

A great battery at a great price. Genuinetools is highly recommended.

I received exactly what I ordered. I had never ordered from GenuineTools before so I started with some batteries for my M12 tools. They arrived brand new in secure, non-retail packaging just like the product was shown on it's webpage. Since the pricing was so favorable, the packaging is fine. It was shipped quickly and it arrived safely. I will purchase from them again and you should too.

I am very happy to have found this website and very happy with their service. I found some older style Milwaukee M-12 batteries that I really wanted and only they had. The newer style M-12 batteries have a different weight and balance that is not as good as the originals. I tried some third party Asian batteries but they both stopped working after a year or so.

Their prices were very reasonable and delivery was quick and simple. I am a very satisfied customer and will be back.

Great service - quick delivery, tools were as described and great price

I left my Milwaukee cordless Fuel Hackzall out inthe rain, which killed it. Needed just the saw replacement, nothe charger or battery. Genuine Tools had BY FAR the best price, saved me 40%. Fast shipping. Arrived in a plastic shipping bag, well protected with bubble-wrap, including all original instructions and literature. Will def. purchase from them again.

Great, authentic tool! Fast shipping, and incredible price. Lowest price on the internet for this impact driver, new.

No box, but who cares! It's a tool and will be used.

Was needing a Milwaukee orbital sander for a project. Compatible with the M18 batteries. Found it at the usual stores for $150. Came across the same sander on GenuineTools for $89. Shipping took 4 days and UPS tracking was spot on. It arrived today. Same exact product including all attachments and manuals. Works perfectly. Could not be happier with choosing GenuineTools and will be using them for future Milwaukee tools.

Good price. Met delivery commitment. Product received as advertised.
Package did not survive delivery process, product did. Satisfied.
