A 5 star service all round.
After developing an agonising dental problem over Easter, I visited the Stoke Genix surgery. I was given an emergency appointment within an hour and had a temporary filling until I could have the tooth extracted the following week. From the start, I was treated with incredible care, help & compassion from the receptionists, dental nurses and the dentists for which I’m totally grateful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Calm and welcoming dentists
My son is not a fan of the dentist and was very nervous about getting a filling but the team on the day were amazing with him, so gentle and caring, giving him time to collect himself between steps and offering encouragement. This is the first time we have seen Riyana, and she is by far the best dentist we have seen, she puts her patients at ease and has a gentle warmth towards everyone. I was not informed that the dentist I…
I was not informed that the dentist I was supposed to be seeing has left the dentist I saw wasn't very approachable didn't seem to be bothered re what she was doing didn't explain anything I was having problems with my dentures she just said they would cost me £70 to send them off for realignment she didn't even look to see what the problem was. I have booked again for 6 months with same dentist hopefully she will be more approachable it's a shame Cameron left he was a brilliant dentist
