Quick and great price. Also led me to an even better product that suited me to the tee.

Web site was good, and even prompted to choose correct VCDS product (USB C, USB A or both).
Item ordered, and promptly shipped arriving next day.
Well packaged and works great.

Best communications I had from a company in a long while … great service well packaged and will be first point of call in future for more diagnostic equipment
Thanks Grant and the team

I recommend you place an order if only to get the dispatch email! Seriously though, great products, competitive prices and speedy shipping.

excellent to deal with from ordering to delivering, I gave them a ring also before ordering just to make sure I was getting the correct scanner, gutted tho cos the wife ate the haribos before I got a look in!

I am a private car enthusiast, who is a long-term owner of a VCDS system via Gendan. I recently ordered a Foxwell i 50 TS. Called them to check over compatibility with a specific older car. Good chat with a friendly advisor. Then used the online ordering system to place and monitor the order. All went well and parcel arrived carefully packed. on-time and all as expected. Very good.

I purchases an OBD vLinker MC+ from Gendan. It's appears to be a great product. Gendans shipping communications are hilarious to say the least! Those shipping emails made me smile for quite a while and I really appreciate the humour! Thank you for that...

Product arrived fast and well packaged, Oh and the bag of Haribo Starmix sweets was unexpected and a very nice touch! All in all the whole purchasing from Gendan experience was excellent. Thank you!

Fantastic people to work with very helpful and knowledgeable. I made a mistake when ordering and the team could not have been more helpful. My mistake was sorted out in no time . Highly recommended I wish all transactions were as pleasurable.
Renewed my faith in humanity.
Kind regards Ewan

Bought Hex EzCan for bike. Best price I found. Gendan checked before sending it was the right one. Nice to deal with what feel like a human company - good humour and couple of free packs of Haribo will always win me over.

I’ve recently bought a new VCDS interface from Gendan. I exchanged a few emails with Mike initially to make sure I bought the correct interface etc. Advice and service was top notch, a genuine company who are super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service 👏 thank you very much.
Ordered a diagnostic tool for a dashboard EML, they rang me within minutes and offered a free upgraded diagnostic tool.
I was a little sceptical at first, i went away and researched and they were obviously correct 😃 it was an upgrade.
I called them back and accepted immediately.
Parcel arrived next day.
Extremely happy with the service and product.
The sweets were a delighter in the parcel 😃

Excellent product with very quick delivery I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again, thoroughly recommend this business.

Bought my Ross Tech VCDS from Gendan. Read the reviews beforehand, and I'd add that it was hassle-free and very quick. Order with confidence!!

This is the one stop shop for vehicle diagnostics. The products and service are second to none. I have purchased diagnostics for various vehicles over the years and can highly recommend Gendan Limited.

Grant in particular from Gendan , bent over backwards with his help & insiteful information,Told me the best way to go with my lamda problem, delivered the next day. But as for the complimentary Email, it was absolute true brilliance of a tongue in cheek confirmation of an order placed, I laughed my head off. Keep up the good work Gendan.
