Amazing store! I have had all my repairs done here for years, the lads are super helpful and always get the job done for me. Seen their website recently too and ordered a few odds and ends when i’m feeling lazy and can’t be bothered to walk to town. Quality products, would recommend this place to anyone.

I took my phone in for a replacement screen and when I got it back my home Butten wasn't working and it was before it went in so I took it to a different shop to see what had happened and they showed me that the ribbon cable had been cut it was my first time using them and i will never use them again

This review relates to their online store. I would never use them again. It has taken me from Dec to Feb to get a refund on a faulty/damaged item and had to escalate the complaint through PayPal to get the refund.

I originally ordered a new Gaming Chair in Dec. A couple of days later they said their stock levels were incorrect and they only had a display one but that it was in very good condition with only the original box missing. I received a £10 refund.

What I received was a chair with a tear in the leather and all the assembly parts loose in the box and no instructions . So I had no idea if it was complete. Also the hydraulic system seemed faulty. So the chair was returned at my own expense expecting a full refund.

They agreed a refund minus delivery and return costs. However twice PayPal couldn't complete the transaction (reason unknown). So I had to escalate a complaint and refund via PayPal.

So avoid at all costs.

Brilliant customer service, quick delivery and so helpfull with any questions asked IV order for multiple years of this company and never no issues and nothing is ever to much for any questions asked I orderd a phone for My son for xmas also ordering 3 of the same phone week before I ada issue with the phone nothing major spoke to a member of the team who quickly responded to my issue and resolved it asking if anything els I needed to drop him a msg the phone off the website Came in double quick time and though they was grade b they came nxt day with Minimul minor scratches none was noticeable to the eye .. brilliant company great customer service defo 5* for me great value for money And eveN managed To treat myself with the left over cash as this company also beat prices from all the other usuall places I looked many thanks again geekys Intill next time !!

I purchased a phone case from them and it wasn’t until I got out the shop that I realised the phone case didn’t fit my phone as camera would not line up even though it was for my phone size , I then went back to the shop to ask for a refund , they told me that they had definitely refunded me and that it would take a few days to go into my bank so I waited patiently and there was still no refund even after a week so I went back to the shop and complained and they told me it was the banks fault and I’ve never been refunded since.

Will never order again from these guys. My order arrived damaged (game case) as it was poorly packaged I contacted them for a partial refund and was only offered the price of a replacement case £4.45. So now I have to try and swap over the sleeve to another case myself and got nothing back from them for there shoddy performance. An offer of £10 for the trouble would have been nice but they obviously need to claw every penny from you the customer. Swerve these lot at every chance. Also have just noticed the Donkey kong game case is cracked as well so both games damaged will have to replace both. I wanted some compensation for your shoddy performance. I suppose if had accepted a full refund I would have had to pay to return? Joke of a company and I am certainly no liar. Hope you go bust have a nice day!

I went in with a faulty Ethernet cable (one which I had bought from there a few days earlier) to be told that they don’t do refunds, only store credit. They asked if I wanted to exchange it for another one however, I was abit wary that this one wouldn’t work either. So to keep what money that was owed, I had to fork out even more money to buy something I didn’t even need. Very disappointed.

Went to get a new pc for work from home. Fantastic help from the staff and sorted me straight out according to my buget. Will 100% be returning for tech over christmas

Bought a preowned Xbox from the website and it was immaculate. Much better condition than I was expecting for a secondhand item. It arrived quicker than expected too.

New store in Newcastle Eldon Square, initially fine in service but then retracted sale and refused to pay me what had been agreed! Rude, unhelpful and bad service. Owner refused to talk to me regarding my complaint! Bad and poor customer service.

Deplorable service, it's like we paid to have our device damaged.

Really happy with my purchase my kids are made up with there phones and things wil defo he placen another order soon 5* From me x
