Overall I found the dispatch process very slow. Once dispatched it did arrive overnight though. So over all 8 working days to receive an item is too slow for my liking.

So fast delivery, great products. Always love every item i buy especially wen on sale. Also points build up real fast. To be exchanged for xtra discount.

Good quality products that can be relied on!

I am incredibly disappointed with the handling of this order.

First off the shoes were shipped without a box, wrapped in paper with absolutely no bubble wrap or bracing from the external environment.

For shoes this expensive and considering the ones I bought which were the men’s versions came in a scarpa box, I’m going to assume this is just sheer laziness and carelessness.

Now upon opening the bag these shoes are absolutely not in ‘new condition’.

There is sticky glittery residue on the sole.

There are scratches on the leather and parts where it looks like the colour is blotchy.

The leather seems to be dull compared to mine.

Even the suade looks like it has been submerged maybe in water and looks dirty.

This is comparing to mine which have been used on muddy hikes!

You look at the pictures and tell me you would be happy with this,

Seriously guys, I said please make sure these have been unworn and brand new as most girls can be a bit picky and I was assure they were new straight from the supplier.

I’ve attached all photos with an asterisk (green is mine when new, blue is mine after a few treks, red is yours ‘new and unworn’.

As we are needing these shoes for an trip we are leaving for soon, I expect these to be express shipped back to yourself at no expense to us and a new pair in actual ‘new condition’ to be shipped back to me express.

Edit: spoke to management and they are not willing to cover the return, they expect me to pay for the return and do not believe they would be able to supply shoes that ‘match my expectations’. If they come back with anything contrary to this, I am more than happy to upload pictures of the email conversation.

I’ll let the pictures of the shoes with the red asterisk speak for themselves. (Just a reminder the shoes with the green and blue asterisk are mine, from a different shop, and they were clearly able to match my expectations).

Edit: Further it turns out, these shoes were falsely advertised as the women’s version and they are not. Photos attached.

Are you going to ignore the false advertising, that you literally sent the men’s version although advertising online that it was the women’s the version?

If I see one more comment condoning your actions of false advertising, disregarding that you showed no intent of replacing the shoe (asking me to pay for the return and then telling me you would not be able to supply a shoe I would be happy with), I will be speaking to the commerce commissioner of your country.

One more word.

I have look into this and the very fact that shoe sent me the males iteration instead of the females alone (regardless of condition) is enough for you to be liable.

I spoke to the manufacturer directly and they sent me a pair, this had nothing to do with you and your shop got away with selling me falsely advertised, dirty, scuffed shoes. Btw the manufacturer agreed this was not the condition they would expect from a store selling their shoes.

Delivery was extremely slow. Didn’t receive in time. Instead of a dispatch time of 3-5 days, the site should highlight at checkout a delivery time of up to 2 weeks.

Easy online ordering process and fast delivery

I can’t comment on the product yet because it hasn’t even been sent yet! They state on there website that orders will be sent out in 3-5 business days, I placed an order an over a week ago and they still have not shipped out the order yet. 5 days after I placed the order they created a shipping document to make it look like it has been shipped but I am in this industry too and I know this is a trick to make it look like it has been shipped when it hasn’t to buy more time. To make matters worse they don’t even answer there phones. Do not place an order with them if you expect your goods in a timely manner!
