Great customer service representative
Great customer service representative. It would be nice if I could have added/subtracted items from my cart manually without having to have a new quote/link sent after each modification.

Very impressed with my contact with the company, Crystal. After ordering a replacement part, Crystal notified me the next day that the part was temporarily out of stock and was being back ordered. I was able to find a suitable replacement elsewhere and notified her of my desire to cancel the order. Again, she promptly acknowledged my request and informed me that a refund would be forthcoming to my credit card. This type of customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find and I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone that is interested in doing business with them.

Great selection Great Service
DIY gate kit is very convenient. They offer many options that their competitors do not offer. Package arrived quickly and in great shape. James D. was most helpful when placing my order. Will not hesitate to purchase from Gate Crafters in the future.
