James served me with attention to product details, assisting with my order. He helped me past his work shift schedule, this due to time zone logistics.
I look forward to doing business with this company again.

I was skeptical at first about ordering through the site. I placed a call and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a human on the other end, James, who was super helpful with answering my questions. After a brief conversation, James sent me a quote and my order was placed. Due to having the product delivered to a different address than my billing address, I was informed I needed to complete an authorization form for security reasons. Knowing my need for a time sensitive delivery, James called me to inform me he emailed the form and would process the order immediately upon him receiving it back. Communication with James was top notch and my tomato mill was delivered as requested, on time; as I complete this review, I am in the canning stage of processing 125 lbs. of tomatoes into sauce for what should be about 55 quarts of sauce. A BIG THANK YOU to James for all his assistance.

All went smoothly. Discussed needs for product with tech guy from GateCrafters on a weekend and ordered from Elvin who didn’t seem to know a lot about the product but knew how to take the order. Hope I got the right stuff!

Hello Brian,
We're sorry to hear that your checkout experience wasn't the best, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Regarding the pre-loaded extra charge, you may be referring to our Zero Sure-Ship Protection. This is an optional add-on that provides coverage in the event your order is lost in transit, never arrives, or arrives damaged. With this protection, you'll receive a full replacement for your order. It is completely optional and can be removed before completing checkout.
As for the information lines, we'd appreciate it if you could give us a call at 1-800-537-4283 and explain a little more about what you experienced. We're continually making updates and improvements to our website, and your feedback can help us identify areas that need attention. Thank you.
