I ordered from this company and never received my product. They claim 3 day shipping and after 2 weeks and several texts, email and phone message. Nothing! Don’t waste your time !

I don’t understand the negative comments about this company and its products. I have ordered twice from them- I think their salami is delicious, and their customer service has been stellar. I would highly recommend them.

Lack of communication, zero customer service, no one responding at all!!! As I made a mistake and placed the order and then found out that they use NATURAL FLAVORS, I immediately emailed them asking to cancel my order. Zero response. Tried to call, emailed 100 times, no response. Don’t waste your money

I received everything on time and it's nice to know the salami I eat is good for me

Beware this company, these are dishonest people. They took my money, didn’t deliver my product, didn’t answer my calls or answer my e-mails. I went on-line giving bad reviews, then they contacted me, promised to fix the situation, and walked away again.

They sent it. Let me start by saying, I love Salami. Man this stuff stinks. I got the fire salami. It just stinks. The taste is just not good. Plus they are really small. When its only half the size of my crank, that's sad. Anyway i cant attest for all the salami just this calabria manure one.

Update: I’ve ordered twice from Gastro Craft Meats, and both orders came within a week. The salami was delicious both times! I really don’t understand the bad reviews.

Original review: I ordered salami from Gastro Craft Meats, and it arrived in about a week. I ordered it on January 9th and it was delivered on January 15th.

The salamis are delicious, but our favorite is the Calabrian chili one. I ordered the Signature Set so we could try several.

I usually have tummy issues when I eat salami, but I don’t have any problems with this salami. I’m grateful I found this brand.

After two weeks from ordering date, several left emails and unanswered phone calls to their dead link and ZERO customer service, I filed a credit card dispute and only then after a few days finally got an email saying sorry for delay and package is sent. So got the salami flavor varieties...Its ok, nothing special, won't order again for the trouble it took to get them and how tough and thick they are to chew and cut. Casing is tough and thick but glued to the meat cannot separate, which I don't like for digestion ease. Very tough to chew and hard to cut thinly too. Donating/giving most of the unopened packs away.

Total lack of customer support.
Placed an order Nov 29, still hadn't shipped as of Jan 5. Asked and wrote multiple times to cancel. No reply until call back today under threat of disputing credit card. Then hung up on me when I also brought up that BLACKFRIDAY should have been stackable with offer of free sausage on orders over $100, but it charged me anyway.
Good product, but too bad can't run a business.

I just got my second order from them and I’m very pleased with the product. Is a quality product with excellent taste and I’ll definitely be ordering more.

Worst salami or soppesrata I have ever had tasted rincid or like mildew. Though Calabrian Chili was excellent.

I have never used these products and will never use again for sure. Received expired sausages (Sep3rd was expiration date and the products came Sep9th) in a thin plastic package without any packing stuff(was charged for protection). I don't even say about an ice pack for meats. The size of sausages are 1 for 1 kid. What a joke! Was smart enough to use PayPal. So, the PayPal returned me money as I filed for 2 of 3 sausage. One was OK. Don't waste your money for this awful "business".

I ordered from a facebook ad on 8-1. Five days later they processed my order despite advertising orders were processed in 1-2 days. My order is scheduled to arrive 12 days after I ordered it. It’s the middle of summer and 106 where I live on the west coast. This company is on the east coast and they choose to send perishable meat by the slowest way possible. I will be leaving for vacation by the time my order arrives. I contacted them about my concerns and received a lazy boilerplate response that addressed none of my concerns. Lesson learned
