I have spent over $1000 with this company. Returned 2 of the three items ordered - in the amount of about $700. That was 2 weeks ago and thus far I have not received a refund. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and intend blasting them on social media. Buyer Beware!!!!

Awful Scam company. Dropshipped products straight from China. No customer service at all and they will not issue a refund. SCAM, AVOID. This company should be ceased from trading. Update: anyone with a bad experience please report this company to UK International Consumer Company to cease their trading (if you’re based in the UK). They are already under review so this will help

These little shoes I ordered from rich and chic remind me of something made in a workshop of drunken elves where they’ve used the smallest elf as a foot guide for measurement. The materials needed have been sold for booze and now they’ve resorted to tearing down the musty curtains and ripping up their cheap laminate flooring to fulfil my order. On being naive enough to contact the leader of these troubled elves I’ve been met my silence - leading me to believe that management are as elusive as elves themselves. Do they exist I wonder? Or do I have to believe with the unquestionable faith and glee of a small child at Christmas - and then they will appear to me with their deepest apologies. Nah doubt it. So I’ve just reported them.

Save yourself the bother. Don’t shop with these scammers.

Can’t believe I fell for it. Awful quality, awful customer service, just awful full stop. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from this place. Total rip off. Should be taken down from the web

Scam. Still waiting for a response on my return.

I tried to contact numerous times to cancel my order but no response. I asked for the item to be cancelled before despatch but they ignored me and sent anyway. I will not be accepting the item as I do not wish to pay the return cost to China. they should have cancelled immediately and not sent. I have raised a dispute with my credit card. Appalling customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I would avoid for sure. Customer service is non existent.

Rich and Chic are a complete rip-off. They mis-sell items and then refuse to facilitate returns - don't give an address; don't comunicate. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They labelled some fake suede clogs as suede and then denied me the ability to return them, sending positive emails with no way of following up or actioning them or getting in touch.

**Terrible Quality, Sizing Issues, and Abysmal Customer Service**

I recently purchased several items from Richandchic, lured by their claims of high-quality clothing. Unfortunately, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. The clothes I received were of shockingly poor quality—thin fabric, loose threads, and cheap construction. Not only that, but the sizing is completely off. Despite following their sizing chart exactly, nothing fit as expected. It's as if the items were designed without any regard for standard measurements.

The worst part, however, was dealing with their customer service. When I attempted to return the items, I was met with unresponsive, dismissive, and downright unhelpful representatives. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a generic response, and even then, they made the return process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this retailer at all costs. Their products and service are far from the "quality" they promise!!!

Awful cheap.items could smell the glue they stuck the sole with on the shoe. Please do not buy from them they are a Chinese company the worse ever. I wish I could show you my photographs they are shocking. Suze 9 men is actually a 7. Slip ons for 32 quid rip.off. can't get in touch.

Awful and cheap items shipped from China. Shein is a better option. Delivery took almost 3 weeks. The shoes came with no box, just a plastic bag. £40 wasted. Do not buy from here- you have been warned
