Ordered a strap that was "silver", it came and it was white but otherwise seemed good quality. Company refunded it without issue so I had no quams about reordering. So I ordered another, the rose gold 20mm strap. The pins pop out constantly, so the strap just falls off the watch. You'd think at £20-25 a strap they'd be decent quality! I've just damaged a £300 watch as it flew off on the treadmill. I never write bad reviews but unfortunately this company deserves it. You'd think with the price of the straps they'd be decent but unfortunately not.

Thought this was actually Garmin!!! It’s not. Total rip off

Utter junk, they make it look like this is a genuine Garmin product. Any lateral pressure on the watch face and it detaches.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Order never arrived. They seem to use a 3rd party tracking app but no mention of courier. Actually managed to register with local post office system(Portugal) but post office has no knowledge.
Ask a specific question to enquiry and they just reply with a message to say check tracking app. Ask for your money back on there 14 day guarantee they don't respond at all. Just another Chinese scam site that uses a London address for credibility. Website is very credible.
7 weeks no delivery.

I mistakenly ordered from this company not realising the goods are not Garmin! I've still not received goods and having read other reviews I'm not expecting quality.
Do not trust this company!
I've now ordered a strap direct from Garmin which will arrive within 3days!

UPDATE Dec 14th eventually the strap did arrive.
Compared to Actual Garmin strap(which was only a few pounds extra) it is of extremely Poor quality, I would never trust it to look after a watch of any value if participating in any sporting activity.

I ordered a strap as a gift but it is of extremely poor quality. You can see the glue and it hasn’t been stitched very well.
I have tried to contact them to return the strap but no acknowledgment. Poor service.

I bought a replacement strap for my Garmin watch, the strap broke after a few months and the company ignored all emails and correspondence I sent regarding a replacement.

Just received smooth leather strap for my Garmin Epix. Absolute cheap rubbish- uncomfortable and stiff… Definitely a cheap Chinese strap sold through a website that falsely gives the impression that this is a quality item. Avoid.

Just received a Fenix 7 strap. Clearly a Chinese knock off. Absolute tat. Wish I’d checked trusted pilot first. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I am disappointed in all honesty. I took advantage of the deal they are advertising - "Buy 1 Get 25% Off Another"

Deal "ends today" allegedly.. As I type this the deal has been on well over a week.

They claim to provide the "World's Most Superior Quality Garmin Straps & Bands", but I have found that the quality is poor. The quality of the QuickFit mechanism is of low-grade and I'm not confident that my watch will remain on my wrist securely.

The QuickFit mechanism on the straps is not of the same width as the genuine Garmin ones. I've also since realised that there are items equivalent to these available elsewhere that are significantly cheaper.
The watch I am wearing is an £1100 watch. I have a physical job and an active lifestyle, thus the watch is rarely off my wrist. Using the straps comes at too much of a risk of losing the actual watch itself.

The quality of the straps and the packaging they come in does not reflect the price point they are charging.

The website is clean and professional looking, hence why (in niavety) I was drawn in.

It is also worth noting that allegedly these are "made to order". I can't see this being the case whatsoever. The only reason the items take so long to arrive is because they are shipped in from China. This is also conveniently not included in the postage details.

GarmStraps™ do not accept returns. I have had my refund approved and the straps belong nowhere else other than the dustbin.

Dodgy. Should have checked trustpilot. Why do shopify taint themselves with people like this. Took my money and ran.

4 straps ordered but not delivered, I have tried to contact the company 3 times through their stated email but not a single reply. I'm having to raise this now with my credit card as a dispute.

I thought I better leave a review after I ordered my strap and then decided to check TripAdvisor and thought I'd just chucked away £20 quid.

The watch came as described and fit perfectly on my Garmin, I'm actually very pleased with it. It did take a few days as it was despatched from China but given how far it's travelled and the price I'm pretty impressed.

I ordered fully understanding that they weren't genuine Garmin straps and at fifteen pound cheaper than a genuine Garmin and with better colour options I'm pleasantly surprised.

I've read the poor reviews and while I'll accept that those folks had a less than great experience, mine was the opposite. I am incredibly happy with my purchase of a band for the Fenix 7x Sapphire Solar.

The band I purchased (a) has the Garmin Quick Fit system, so no tools needed, and (b) is more comfortable than my OE Garmin band. At $28 it's probably a little pricey, but not so much that I'm complaining.
