The strap doesn't fit as advertised and is made of a cheap material. I don't understand why they can't just make the strap fit if they go to the extent of manufacturing it and marketing. Avoid!!

Sorry I didn’t look at the reviews first , I’m 3 weeks in and still no straps , 4/9 days delivery is a joke save your money and buy them from wish or AliExpress because that’s where they are coming from and you will get them cheaper and probably quicker, oh and they don’t reply to emails AVOID THEM

Absolute scam from China,nothing to do with garmin straps,cheap small strap received with 12 days delivery,product don't match photo,no quick fit as on picture,been charged 29 pounds for sh*t from ali express which cost 3 dollars,avoid at all costs,get same from Temu for 2 pounds

paid believing that this was an official Garmin site, they even provided a link which suggested Garmin had received the payment but it turns out that it is a non-affiliated site. Ordered the strap weeks ago, had nothing but nonsense about deliveries from a Dutch delivery firm. The helpline just keep directing me back to the Dutch firm and I now feel it’s unlikely to ever deliver my goods. Whatever you do, don’t order anything from this site.

Slow delivery, cheap straps at premium prices. These straps unclip at the slightest knock. Straight in the bin with both straps I bought. Better off paying the extra £5 at buying from garmin. Waste of time and money

Waited for ages for strap to be delivered and when it arrived the pins are too small to stay attached to the watch (yes I have double checked the correct size for the brand of watch)

Terrible quality, super expensive for what it is. Avoid.

Delivery time was weeks off, eventually strap arrived and the quality is awful. Do not buy from these people, you will be dissapointed.

Masquerades as local when in fact is china, temu level bs, ordered 4th April before I knew that was, it promised a fairly slow delivery of 4 to 9 days. Provided with tracking on 5th. According to tracking it arrived in customs in Portugal on 12th made its way to the export hub in Portugal on 15th, no updates since but I'll be thrilled to find out what country it might visit next and whether it'll be closer or father away than belgium is from ireland.

Should have read reviews before buying. Ordered something that had 5 days delivery. After waiting a month, I requested a cancellation and refund. Their response was to ask me to be patient. Stay away from this company

Disappointing! Do not buy from this company. You can get The same straps ( from China) from Amazon the next day delivered at a fraction of the price! I got one exactly the same for about £10 from Amazon.

Do not buy from this website..bought straps 3 weeks ago and still haven't arrived. Numerous emails sent and no response. Stay away!!!

I ordered a leather strap expecting delivery as promised 4-9 days. Weeks later the strap hadn't turned up so I contacted them and after some hassle got a refund. Several months later the strap arrived - so put it away as I had already bought a proper one. Just recently had cause to use it - after 10 days wearing it is already falling apart. It may survive a few weeks - but no more. What absolute rubbish

Despite the bad reviews below, I am very pleased with the overall service - good quality product as described and at a very reasonable price, and accurate time scale for delivery from China.

It's obviously a knock off with no affiliation to Garmin (in fairness, they never claim that on their website). However, for 50% the price of a strap from the Garmin website I'm pleasantly surprised with it. Ordered 26mm Fenix 7 Black strap. Shipping was free but took a while (dispatched from China).

Not expecting this strap to last forever, but nor would I expect it to for the price.

Just purchased a strap for Fenix 8 . Posted from China . Postage was underpaid so I had to pay £2.50 additional .
The strap is nasty and very cheap feeling. Bet they paid £1 to make / buy
Company has nothing to do with genuine Garmin company - they use a very misleading name . Can’t understand why genuine Garmin company are not taking these nasty people to court . Trying to get a refund under the 14 day guarantee that will be a laugh !!!

Terrible.

Bought a strap, asked to delay the shipment by 1 week cause of a holiday.

Then nothing.

Sent multiple emails, never heard back. Only when I ask whether I would need to go the Google/Trustpilot reviews way to get a reply, that my money was refunded.

Still, never received any email.

Do not use this company. Will not acknowledge a return so I am stuck with the strap and Klarna won’t help. Awful.
