These plants were horrible. 2 of them had no growth at all and the others had less than 2 inches of growth. Just call them crowns and price them accordingly.

You're advertising plants at a price that indicates your plants have foliage and fully grown. My recent order was just tubs of dirt with a couple of leaves. 2 pf the plants had zero growth and the others had less than 2 inches of growth. The fig tree - which costs a whopping $109 - has only 3 branches and again no growth. If you're going to sell root balls or just crowns, you should sell and advertise as such.

The star jasmine plants were exactly what I had hoped would arrive, in great shape with new growth. They took off with blooms within a month and I am looking forward to watching them spread throughout my flower beds.

Tree arrived packaged undamaged, healthy and showing new growth. Excited with my new purchase and will be ordering again.

I ordered myrtle in 4-inch pots and was charged for these, but what arrived was the same number of myrtle plants in one-inch pots. I will be requesting a refund of the difference in price between what I ordered and what I received. The plants do look healthy and arrived in good condition--just the wrong plants.

My Leucothoe arrived packed very well and it was a lovely, healthy looking bush!

We were happy that Garden Goods Direct honored the warranty that we had purchased along with the plant this past year without any issues, as we sent in a picture of the arborvitae which looked quite dead. The replacement plant arrived within about a week after notifying GGD 9f the issue.

Packed very well, and the trees look great. Can't wait to plant 'em!
