I have nothing negative to say about ganas auto Particularly the one in Inglwood,Anna was a great help she got the car my wife and I wanted. Their insurance is great I was unfortunately in a crash three months after receiving my car but there insurance covered everything I had nothing to worry about.The customer service was great never a rude experience I highly recommend ganas auto.
I recommend Inglewood And ask for Ana she will get you to the car you want I promise.

Yo Lo calificó con una estrella porque no hay un nivel más bajo de contrario sería menos -0 he tenido muy mala esperincia con este dealer de autos los cuales venden en mal estado mecánicamente y diciendo que son inspeccionados 150 puntos tienes que llamar a varios departamentos para recibir ayuda y algunos empleados te tratan de lo peor en servicio al cliente y sus precios son como si fueran autos nuevos por lo menos deberían darte un buen trato y ayudarte pedi hablar con un supervisor y nunca te comunican con ellos y no toman ni 5 minutos de su importante tiempo para atender a un cliente

Yo compré una Explorer 2015 en $27000 y esa Explorer Ya me han salido varios detalles apenas llevo como dos meses pagando la el primero me la dieron con los rines golpeados todos rayados el segundo me dieron todas las partes del plástico de afuera todas corrosivas opacas la otra vez le cambiaron una parte del aire acondicionado que andaba haciendo tronando adentro ahorita se queda pegado un botón del aire acondicionado no baja la temperatura la transmisión no jala al 100 voy acelerando y dejó de acelerar y no responde para aventar el otro cambio rápido se esfuerce la transmisión

Very poor customer service it’s been over a year and I’m still yet to get my license plates for my car every time I call I get the run around they haven’t yet fixed anything that has been wrong with the car since I’ve had it very very upsetting about this it’s sad that we spend our hard earned money on these messed up cars and then get stuck with a worthless car
