Mi experiencia con ganas auto y con el personal, son el menos apreciable, ya que el auto de Que me vendieron venia con muchas fallas, que al momento de comprarlo y firmar me prometieron algunas cosas como un radio que funcione correctamente y no me instalaron, solo decían que lo habían pedido, que jamás llegó y ahora dicen que no es necesario (mentiroso). Por el lado del funcionamiento, que me dieron 3 meses para irlo reparando, lo estuve llevando a revisión pero decía que estaba bien y ahora que a pasado el tiempo le están saliendo más fallas, cómo las llantas delanteras le estuve insistiendo al técnico que estaban mal y solo decía que estaba bien y ahora mis llantas delanteras parecen melones, y sigue rechinando. Otra, el trato no es muy grato de parte del personal, llamas y hasta te cuelgan la llamada. Si tuviera la oportunidad de que me regresaran mi dinero y regresar el auto, sería lo mejor. Porque ni ganas de ir con los técnico por sus malos gestos, y porque el auto está en muy malas condiciones. Con decir que nisiquiera paso inspección de lo mal que me lo vendieron. Todo es porque me prometieron ajustarlo y no hicieron nada.

I told the sales person to only give me quotes for monthly payments not weekly we agreed upon one amount but because I had been there so long I was tired and hungry with I signed the papers I didn't realize the payments changed and yes that's my fault. They refused to honor what was on the paper we negotiated lesson learned. I will never purchase another vehicle from them.
