Detailed proposal and good communication from fusion-8 team. Installation team’s suggested location for inverter and battery proved much better than where I had expected them to be positioned; the work was carried out to a high standard even though weather was terrible at times. Resulting electricity savings are more than I had expected, battery storage making a major contribution. I’d give them six stars if I could and would recommend fusion-8 to friends and neighbours.

Rapid quote, equipment installed and set up in a timely fashion.

My installation of 10 PV panels and 10kWh batteries was completed 5 months ago and, to date, I am extremely pleased with the way the system has been producing electricity every day throughout the Winter months. I originally applied to Fusion8 using their website and got an online quote straight away that was significantly less than other quotes I had had. I received a phone call shortly after for more details and to supply various photos and then received a firm quote which was exactly as had been quoted online. My installation was scheduled for two months later and all completed in a day, the scaffolding having been installed a couple of days earlier. I would highly recommend Fusion8 who, not only quoted when many other firms were not interested, claiming they were too busy, but who dealt with matters very professionally throughout. This included giving me a personal contact person from the start who I could get in touch with at any time. No hanging around on the phone for ages.

Excellent service. Went on the easy to navigate website, entered my postcode & a few other details and had a quote straight away, didn’t have the normal follow up pushy phone calls which seems the norm these days, just had an email supplying me with a contact name/telephone number & email address should I wish to know any further information, or to arrange proceeding with installation & dates etc, which we did. Eight weeks later our system was installed. Super efficient system, just wish I’d had it done sooner. Would highly recommend using them, great price, no pushy sales, complete hassle free.

A very professional team. The installation and system commissioning went very well and everything was carried out in less than two days. Very happy with the service. Ask them about the extras as there is a fair bit of additional services that are available and could perhaps be better communicated with the clients.

I have always felt completely at ease dealing with Fusion8 and did not get the usual pushy selling techniques used by some of the other companies I had been talking to.
The design team was always happy to explain every single part of the design so I was never left with the impression of having misunderstood the system specifications.
The team genuinely worked hard to meet my ideal installation size vs available roof space while other companies did not.
Their project manager was really pro active and managed to achieve a quick turn around with finding a new scaffolder when the original one declined the job a day before the project start date.
Price wise, their system was nearly the same cost as another company that quoted for half the amount of panels installed!
All in all I would strongly recommend Fusion8 to anyone looking to install solar panels on their house.
