Great solar installation from Fusion-8. Right from initial contact, their staff were friendly and helpful. It's worth spending some time on their website to understand the options that are available.
Everything was explained (either on the site, or in subsequent calls), and they took care to get the panel design right - important as we have a complicated roof layout. The installation team were professional and ensured that all of the equipment was installed carefully, and then tidied up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to have solar panels installed.

This is a professional company working with good knowledgeable team. I found the whole planning and installation stress free and the team were willing to listen and answer any queries. Once the design was approved the installation team were very quick and worked to a high standard (even cleaning the garage where the batteries were installed!). Overall it was also good to have a point of contact (Bev) who I could liaise with throughout the whole process.

We had solar panels installed recently, together with a battery system and I can really recommend this company. They have been really responsive and answered any questions and enquiries very quickly. I never felt pressured in buying their product and the interface with their app allowed us to really work out the best set up for us - without being pressured. When we had an issue with the 3rd party scaffolders, they kept me up to date throughout and dealt with a difficult situation in a very professional manner. I can very much recommend them.

It was a difficult job and there were some small issues during the installation but nothing the Fusion 8 team couldn’t sort in a timely manner .
We are now enjoying solar power from our 23 panel system with a 10kwh battery storage.

From start to finish been excellent with solar panel design and installation couldn’t fault them. System is working well and the 16 panels and battery system were superb. The electrical engineer Jeremy was top drawer and really friendly and Rob and Bridget also great with communication.

Editing the review and downgrading in light of their aftercare which is basically non-existent. Great install and sales team, but don’t expect to ever get replies from support if something goes wrong or you have a query. Disappointing!

Great service from start to finish, kept in the loop all the way through with good communication. Appreciated the lack of any kind of hard sell whatsoever, just a straightforward design consultation. The installers were great! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Took a day longer than expected because of the complex roof but regardless all works completed to a great standard and scaffolding taken down as per original timescales. Very happy overall and would highly recommend!

Great value for money, excepetional service and install.

I had a relatively large (22 panels, 2 batteries) and complex (Change Over) system designed and fitted. It was nice to have a company that focused on what I wanted to buy, not what they wanted to sell.
To my mind, one of the ways to judge is company is how they do or don't operate as a team when there is an issue to solve. Fusion8 did well in this regard when a couple of issues cropped up during the installation, both resolved in a hassle free and fair way.

Online calculator/setup for the price is a very good indication of actual price without any extras (bird proofing, black rails). Took a while for the installation but that was with the DNO delay, nothing to do with the company, once the DNO was approved the installation was scheduled within 2-3 weeks. The days that were arranged for scaffolding, installation team and taking down the scaffolding were all on time and done very efficiently.
Couldn't be happier with the install, zero grid bills now and the weather hasn't been great but i do have 20 panels and a 9.5kwh givenergy battery (unlimited cycle 10 years warranty, 15-20 year lifespan), recommended for sure.

Arrived on scheduled time, installed panels, battery, inverter etc with minimal disruption. Installation team knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. All working and app easy to use.

Excellent installation.
The system as installed more than matches my aspirations. It is neat, inconspicuous and the electrician was both helpful and thoroughly professional especially as the original plan was necessarily modified. A five star installation, four star plan.

Process start to finish was flawless. Initial consultation was very professional and the least salesy call i've ever had. I noticed the price went down slightly and I was informed this was due to lower costs that were passed on to customers.

Communication with the solar team was excellent and the installation team were great. They even stayed late on the first day to get most of it done.

I honestly have zero constructive feedback. Super process.
