I ordered two very expensive rabbit Rex fur throws. There was some construction issues and I was very underwhelmed to say the least. I wrote my reviews on their website expressing my dissatisfaction being both articulate and fair in my wording. Well, the reviews have to be vetted by their internal team and months later to this day they still remain unpublished. So the reviews on their website are filtered and don't represent the true nature of their products. Do not do business with this company as they are non-transparent and extremely difficult to work with after purchase

To clarify, my decision to keep the blankets should not be interpreted as satisfaction with the product. I raised specific construction concerns and provided photos at the time.
I was not offered a resolution on the items themselves—only a discount on a future purchase. Given the concerns already raised, that did not provide much confidence, and I was also advised that returns could be denied if the items were considered “used.” As a result, I chose to keep them rather than risk being left without a resolution.
That was a practical decision, not an endorsement of the product quality. My experience remains that the blankets did not meet expectations, and that the path to resolving the issue was unclear and uncertain.
My review reflects both the product concerns and the difficulty I encountered in trying to address them, which I believe is important context for future customers.

I must admit we were a bit surprised by your review, as our understanding was that you liked both blankets and intended to keep them if we could offer an additional discount, which is what we had provided at the time.
