Absolutely LOVE the cases got a skull one and a Nutella one, for my 2 kids phones, theyr both beautiful and lots of unique designs to chose from, the Nutella one is my favourite, my son is going to love it ❤️ can't wait to give it to him on Christmas! And very good prices, I searched and searched for a nice skull one for my eldest son and was so happy to find fun cases site, also got a free screen protector (was hidden in the package with the phone case) the team at fun cases messaged with updates and messaged me back quickly with any questions/queries that I had, excellent customer service and amazing quality, think I'll be ordering all my cases from her from now on, thankyou

Placed an order for my Granddaughters Christmas and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. I emailed to enquire and received a very quick reply from Maiya advising it had been posted to me and should arrive on time. Very impressed by this as it was outwith office hours.

Ordered the product on the 6th of December my sons birthday on the 17th of December th day has come and gone it’s now the 19th of December and nothing, no product, no email saying item dispatched, just some crap excuse they are busy. Do not use!!

1st time last time !!! Ordered a week ago on a 1-3 working day delivery, money taken, no order. Emailed but no response!!!! Very unhappy, very disappointed

When they ran out of earbuds, which were already a free gift (so I don’t mind missing out), they offered a free gift from their entire store! Too good to me, plus their cases are such high quality and the variety is great!

Wow I got a wonderful phone case from fun case for my sister for Christmas it's got snoopy and Woodstock on it I'm absolutely delight with it.

Wide variety of cases to choose from. Made to order which give that unique special feel to your order. Shipped efficiently. Arrived in a timely manner. Good quality case on arrival (now packed up as part of a gift). Good communication throughout. Will be using again for sure.

First time dealing Fun Cases, my experience with them was excellent. Kept me up to date with my order. The necklace i bought for my daughter's to give to their mum for Christmas is excellently made. The Fun cases team are very professional at what they do. Will definitely shop with again.

I am writing this review before I have even received my item.
I ordered my Item on the Next day delivery option at the weekend so would have expected this to be posted out the Monday latest Tuesday. My item has still not been posted and upon looking at their shipping options Monday these had changed from what they were when I ordered my item. I have messaged the team and awaiting a response if they bother to reply. I am unhappy with the service and I am now possibly not going to receive my items in time for Christmas. Let’s hope when the items arrive if they do arrive are of good quality because the delivery is very poor from this company and I will not be ordering from them again.

I am editing this review as of 22/12 - email on Friday stating that they had a delay with hoodies and that these would arrive Monday 22/12 and they had 15 people working from 7am to get these packed and sent Royal Mail 24 to ensure arrival before xmas day still no shipping information my order still states unfulfilled as of 17:13pm so I am going to assume my order will not be posted today or arrive in time. Very poor company to say the least.
