i won 25.000€ they claim 3 active withdrawals of 500 so 1500 a week (theoretically)
i got 1500€ after 3-5 days, then i kept playing and increased my money to 25.000 i the problems started, 8 working days and begging them every day to give me another 3x500€ and they gave me, now 3rd time 6 working days waiting for another 3x500€
i thin i need 1 year to get my money

Hello Data Protection Authority,

I am writing to report an unsolicited marketing violation by Funbet1.com, which has been sending me marketing communications without my consent. Despite my attempts to stop these messages, they continue to contact me.

This marketing spam campaign using multiples different registered company addressed which can not be blocked in my phone are now arriving daily. I wonder if I can take these people to court for harassment or will you fine them for illegal practices and obtaining my number illegally.

Second to that gambling is not something I take lightly and find this extremely offensive and violating.

No company should encourage destructive behaviours especially gambling and even more so without consent.

I see few people have reported same events on trust pilot com , so this is not unique to me.

As per GDPR, I request that my data be removed from their marketing lists and that this issue be investigated.

Attached are examples of the unsolicited communications received.

Hold winning and give you Level that you can't withdraw what you are winning. Getting to customer service why not let withdraw going through replied you are Level 2 and can't withdraw more than £500. And it's about 5 days, No Gambling responsibility tool, No Star at all.

I deposited £800 and got my balance up to £1500 through sports betting...I'm still waiting, after 11 days for my withdrawal to be processed. If you want to see your money again please stick to legitimate companies that have a track record and have good ratings on trustpilot and don’t resort to illegal practices (I am on an do not contact list) and spam.

I made normally deposit with my credit card and it goes inmidately to my playing account. However i made 2 deposit a total of 80 Euro from my current account from my bank and still not received, contact the live chat several times and Vera disconnect me and Alyssa as well no where to find my deposit and the support claim that my bank cancel these deposit, contacted my bank and the told its not true , those deposit was approved and credited to funbet1
I request a withdrawal of 400 Euro yesterday i am hoping that i receive this as they told me it takes 3 bussiness days, which is strange because normally it dint even take and hour on other casinos

Definitely a SCAM company. As others have said, your money is taken from different business. They refuse to pay out winnings from free spins, made out I didn't win anything then backtracked when I sent a screen shot by saying it had been credited to my account already. If these werent red flags, their customer service agents unprofessional attitude sure was! Please do yourself a favour and AVOID.
