Took my deposit but will not send back just a simply new player test was failed they still have. My 30£ 4 months later refusing to send and saying there team are on it.

Passed all verification checks, but every time tried to make withdrawal there was some different excuse. Absolutely ridiculous, constant back and forth, wish I would of read the reviews before I had to deal with this, told it could take a few hours, then they can't put a timeframe on it, then "its a process and can take upto 5 business days" no apology, just taken my money and told to wait patiently and that everything is fine. Absolute joke, will update with anything else.

I have been waiting since Friday for my withdrawal, I am not getting any answers and keep getting fobbed off on live chat, no one answers emails. Worst casino for communication I have ever played at.

Same issues as the two reviews before this. Withdrawals were pending for almost 24hrs and nothing so I cancelled them. Money isn’t back in my gaming account.
UPDATE. My withdraw went in today but still awaiting cancelled withdrawal to be paid.

Same issue as previous post, canceled a withdrawel and the funds weren't recredited to my account. Spoke to customer services (if you could call it that) via live chat multiple times, they tell you that the issue has been passed on to another team won't give a time limit on how long it could take just leave you hanging.

I have another withdrawel pending as well which has been over 24h, it is the weekend so will wait for a few days to see if this processes but not feing positive about any of it.

Will be contacting the gambling commission if the payments aren't made.

Edit: still waiting on the "department" to sort out a cancelled withdrawal and another withdrawal is in pending mode past the 24 hours they say it will take. Nothing you say or do changes their answers, seems like they hope you get bored and move on. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This gambling site is scam ..please avoid it because you never get your money as I requested for money withdrawal then by mistake I pressed cancel withdrawal then all money from my account has gone ,they keep repeating to wait and everything is fine, but there is no money😢
