Can't get rid of them

Can't get rid of them. I have called, I have sent emails, I have tried to use Catalog Choice to stop their catalogs with no success. This has been going on since September 2020. Catalog Choice is useless. No answer to emails. Phone calls are also unanswered. The catalogs continue. My recycle bin loves them.

I would not shop at any of their stores! Shipping is terrible, it can take anywhere for 14 - 30 days to receive your package! Customer service is terrible. They use the excuse COVID 19...hogwash!!!! Worst shopping experience I have ever encountered! STAY AWAY!!!!

DO NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THEIR ONLINE STORES!!!!!!

I have ordered from their various brands many times in the past 10+ years. Pre-pandemic, this company (all of their names) was always slow at getting in stock items out. Typical 2-3 week processing time and they use a less than efficient shipping warehouse prior to deliveries being sent to USPS. Even though every other online retailer can manage to get their items to me within one DAY of an estimated delivery, and do so within 4 days of ordering, the items I ordered on 6/3/2021 are still somewhere lost in the wilderness as of 6/22/2021. My original estimated delivery date (I was informed of this on 6/19/2021) was supposed to be 6/21. Tracking shows that NO ONE knows where my delivery is. At this point, I no longer need the items I ordered since the event has passed but of course, I can't get a refund until sometime after I finally (if ever!) receive them.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. I would advise everyone to stay away UNLESS you order a SINGLE item. The pictures in the catalog look nice (good photography). The clothing is SOMETIMES acceptable AS LONG AS you buy at least 50% off, which they frequently offer. If you order MULTIPLE ITEMS, however, you can count on only some of them actually being delivered. Then you'll play hell trying to get them delivered OR receiving a refund when the so called "backordered" item never arrives. Seriously; how is that any different than stealing? Customer service is USELESS. Think about it...if a certain percentage of a company's merchandise is never delivered, how does that not increase a company's profit margin considerably? That's what's going on with this company. Thieves.

Horrible service

Horrible service! I placed an order and received nothing for 2 months. I tried to contact them several times to cancel the and they have a recording that states no one can answer my call, click.

3 months after ordering, the item arrived. I immediately returned it

I won't use this company anymore.

I have been going directly to Woman Within to order items. I receive the items then I get a duplicate from Full Beauty. What is going on??? I am owed refunds, but haven't received any of them. I hate this company and won't order from them again. Don't show with them as they are a scam.

FULLBEAUTY OVERPRICED Appears that I received my 3rd and…

Appears that I received my 3rd and final notice to pay them for an item that I did not purchase from them. The item costs less purchased from the company that actually makes it. They threatened to send it to a collection agency if I don't pay the ramson and that it "may" effect my credit rating. ALSO, WHY DON'T THEY STOP SENDING ME THEIR OVERPRICED CATALOG.

STAY AWAY -even long time faithful customers!

Long time faithful customers like me need to know that this is no longer a business with which you want to do business. You get the run around, IF your call is even answered, which it rarely is. ALL the numbers listed ANYHERE lead to a dead end - usually a man's voice saying THE SERVICE YOU HAVE TRIED TO REACH IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE MOMENT. Everything I have said applies to Woman Within, Full Beauty,One Stop Plus, and all the other names under the One Stop Umbrella. Since starting this review, I have miraculously reached a person, twice. One of them left me hanging on the line for over ten minutes, just to 'find my order.' The other resulted in my being told that my return has not been received. Three previous phone calls, over the past month had resulted in being told that it HAD been received and then some excuse about 'delays'.

VERY POOR SERVICE SCAM RIP OFFIt took 1 month to receive bathing suit…

It took 1 month to receive bathing suit from "Swimsuits for all" . Then a few days later I received it again. CHARGED TWICE. I had just paid $9 to exchange the first one. Unable to reach by phone. I just sent an email. Let's see how long it takes? I am contacting my credit card to erase 2nd charge. VERY UPSET SHIPPING CHARGE
$11.99 to receive and $9.99 to return. Before I had no problems with SWIMSUITS FOR ALL dealing directly. 😡

Not ever shopping here again

They have changed their name to One Stop Plus. This is the 3rd name I have seen with the same company.
They have always billed me immediately, then a secondary bill hits my account from the individual company my purchase is from. Both holds sit in my bank until the order is processed & one will drop off. But if my order is for $50 then there is a hold for $100. Not cool, they blame my bank, my bank blames them. 🤷‍♀️
I placed an order over a week ago, cant get any information. Unable to chat, they are "all busy with other customers, try again later."
Received a canned response saying they are expecting delays. Call during business hours, placed on hold for 38 mins to get no where.
Called this Sunday morning & told that the order is in process & they cannot cancel the order & refund me. I will have to wait until the order arrives & then ship it back to get a refund. I was told that to cancel my order they would have to shut down the warehouse & search for 1 orser through 400k of them.
Doubt seriously there are that many being processed... even so, they should be able to do that with computers. I even explained that I placed an order with Amazon after I placed this order & no only have I received part of the order & when they realized they couldn't get the rest of the order, they not only canceled it but refunded me the expense immediately. However I ordered this tine through PayPal & only one change has hit my bank.. Wonder how that happened. 💁‍♀️ hmmmm. This truly is my last order.

If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero, I would! This is the the absolute worst experience I have ever had shopping online. I placed an order on March 21. Two items "shipped" on March 31. I had to wait until May to get a refund. Then, the customer service agent ate something crunchy the entire time. This was after waiting 30 minutes...Another part of the order "shipped" on April 29. I still have not seen that order. I tried to call and was disconnected because they have a high call volume. I guess it will be another 30 days to get that refund. The last item in the order is still backordered. I want it cancelled because summer will be over before I even get it. I also placed another order for a swim suit on April 21. I can't get any update on it. It is "processing". I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Probably will not help with this poor company. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

FullBeauty Brands - Scam!!! Stay away from them !!!

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company. I had to return them as they didn't fit. I have paid $ 121.00 for my order. I had to send 6 or 7 emails to get information about the status of my refund. Finally somebody decided to reply to me and informed me that they will refund $ 56.00! They have taken half of my money, and I haven't received even that refund! Stay away from this company!

Never received order confirmation…22 days later order shipped

Never received the order confirmation email, never received notice that you have to cancel in 2 hours but did receive emails to buy more stuff immediately so I know my email was good. After 24 hours, I went online found the order number & went though the automated system which said no order existed. Called CS & they could not find with the order # but found with my name/address. Asked when I could expect the order, was told they didn't know when the order would be processed/shipped, this information was supposed to be on the initial email that I didn't receive the email but the CS & Sup said they did not have the information in the computer system. Asked to cancel the order, was told by CS & a Sup. That the order could not be canceled in their system since it was in the processing status. I advised that I would refuse the order from FedEX. I monitored the order for a couple of weeks, nothing happened, never processed, I removed my payment information from the account. Finally after 20 days I get an email the company & the order shipped & an email from my CC that it billed (not sure how since the CC was not in the account). Called the company & stated I would still refuse the shipment. Even went to the effort of getting FedEx to ship back to company but even they delivered the package today. (Contacted a sup at Fedex, they came & got the package same day). If I had of seen any of these reviews. I would never have ordered from the company, DO NOT buy from them their company is "hinkey" ackag

First and ONLY time customer

First and ONLY time customer. Placed order on 4/11, received order shipped email on 4/13 and FedEx tracking number provided. I check the tracking number and it says the label has been created but the package has not been received. Ok, cool. That's expected since its the same day. Fast forward to 7 days later and the status is the same. Label created but package has not been received.

Silly me, I call Brylane Home. Why oh why did I do that? This is thee most dishonest company I've dealt with in awhile. I was told I have to wait 30 days before cancelling the order for a refund because they have to make sure the package isn't lost. Excuse me? The package is at the warehouse. FedEx did not lose the package. After explaining to the rep, what she is saying makes sense IF the package was given to FedEx, however, that's not the case here. I asked if there is anyone they can contact to confirm where the order is. Response: No. But yet they have already billed my card and I will have to pay for an item that they are just sitting on. Horrible customer service. I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue further. Here we are 2 days later and no call. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. What I am going to do, however, is dispute the charge on my card and write a review on any and all platforms available. Oh, did I tell you they tried to charge my card TWICE for the same order? That's a whole other long story, that finally got resolved TODAY.

Please do yourself a favor and just skip past this company and all the ones affiliated with it.

Not even 1 star. Used to be a good merchant. They are now ghosting customers. Cannot get a customer service response by caht, email or phone (50 min wait and still no answer?) I think they are going out of business but still taking orders to keep the money. Pass this one by. 10 days since ordering and order still pending, with no way to cancel or even get customer service except an automated response saying it is pending. So bad.

Shipping is a SCAM of late!

Shipping is a SCAM of late!! They jacked up shipping costs AND are still unable to fulfill the order in a timely fashion! When you call they simply say oh well- read the FINE print that it will likely be delayed!! Buyer beware especially if you actually want the product(s) within a timely fashion

Placed an order in January and received…

Placed an order in January and received part of it three weeks later. Part of the order never shipped. Returned two items for credit on February 1st. It is now the 3rd week in March and I have not received my money back or a shopping gift card as promised. I talked to someone after calling numerous times and was told that I would get my return within 24 hour. But I never did. I will never shop with them again

The Sliced Raspberry Coat

I received my order from Fullbeauty (ONE STOP PLUS). The bag it was in had been sliced all the way through to my coat (a 1 inch slice). I left the second plastic bag on the coat and took pictures then I called and told them that I would accept a discount and have my alteration person see if she can do something with it; I told them that if they can offer no discount, I will return it. The Customer Service person was pleasant and she checked with someone who told her that they could refund me $5 on the $60 coat. I told her I will return it, however, there are so many reviews about them not receiving returned packages or claiming they received packages too late for a refund. I already had issues just tracking it to me. This is definitely the last order, unsubscribing completely.

The Case of the Missing Linen Pants

I ordered two pairs of linen pants on December 6. They shipped December 8. It’s now February 22, and they haven’t arrived. I contacted Full Beauty repeatedly about this.

No reply. Tick tock.

I asked for a refund and no reply. I contacted i-Parcel who shipped it and they simply told me to wait because it was still in transit.

Hmmm. Right. I should keep waiting for a parcel that’s still in transit and hasn’t had a tracking update in a month. Sounds legit to me. The parcel landed on January 22 in Australia. Last update. Not a one since then.

It’s pretty clear the order has gotten lost at this point, because even in the absolute WORST Covid conditions last year, it doesn’t take four weeks for any parcel to clear Customs in Australia. I spent all of 2020 working in eCommerce Customer Service, so I am absolutely familiar with timeframes around parcels actually clearing Customs during various lockdowns.

I contacted I-Parcel, who they outsource their international shipping to, and they seem to care even less. They told me that it would have a new tracking number with Fastway once it cleared Customs.

I checked that new number repeatedly, but of course it wasn’t found by the system, because the parcel didn’t clear Customs.

How come? The parcel WAS LOST.

I can’t get a simple refund because I can’t get any Customer Service from Full Beauty because they don’t reply to emails, apparently. Apparently it’s my fault for ordering from them. It’s actually a nifty way to get around refunding a customer if their parcels go awry – have multiple links in the chain responsible for handling it. You too can shirk your ethical and legal responsibilities if you ignore the annoyed customer in the hopes she goes away!

Actually, you can’t. I paid them. They have my funds. They owe me a refund for goods I did not receive.

I used to order from them 5–6 years ago. It took forever but it was reliable. Now, it’s untrustworthy and a quick Google tells me that their reputation is now so poor that I am embarrassed I made the purchase. It sounds like they are barely above scam level.

I wasted my funds and they won’t reply to me to refund me for goods I haven’t and will never receive. Don’t buy from them. Some companies want to milk the excuse for delays and missing parcels COVID-19 gives them – sounds like they’re one of them.

Buyer beware. Honestly, having a Customer Service background and knowing that you’re dealing with a company that’s got such poor Customer Service that you have to go into full Karen mode in an attempt to try to get either the goods you’ve paid for or the refund you’re owed is just ridiculous. No-one wants to demand things or act entitled, but companies who act this way only contribute to toxic Customer Service culture. You shouldn’t have to go, ‘oh great, well, I guess if there’s any hope of a refund I’ll have to take it public’ – that’s awful. And it’s reality.

Pull your socks up. I’m not buying anything from them ever again, which is a terrible shame.
