I wish I read these reviews before purchasing these shoes. I have been trying to get my refund with no luck. The straps on the shoes were huge and wouldn't stay on my feet. I am contacting the Nevada Attorney General's office today for help in obtaining a refund.
Stay as far away from this company as possible. A total scam and fraud.

Sent back my order in January and still having trouble getting my refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Awful, awful. Very poor quality materials. Misshaped.. scam

The shoes I ordered were at least 2 sizes too small. There was no way to return them. Their return link says they can’t find my order- even though I have the order number directly from a text they sent me! Tried emailing, but pretty sure it’s just a bot. Asked for my info twice, I provided it twice and they sent me back to the original return link that “can’t find my order number directly”. They are complete frauds.

I wouldnt even give ONE star--they are pretty horrible. The quality is horrific, they are quite flimsy and cheap-looking. It took weeks to receive the shoes (though once i complained, the shoes somehow appeared the very next day?)
On top of that, customer service is not good. Once you select a return option, you cant go back. There is a pre-paid option, which isnt very clear. Emailing the customer service is useless-they will respond right away, but will tell you there is nothing to be done.

I received a cheap pair of sandals that were too big (I followed the sizing instructions). Within a few days, I started a return and received the RMA number. I returned the shoes with the RMA number on July 19. They never acknowledged that they received it and have yet to respond to my follow-up requests for my refund. There is no way to talk to a live person, which I'm sure is what they wanted. I will never buy from UPLIFTEX again. I hope they go bankrupt.

PISSED!!! CRAP A** COMPANY !!! SCAM !!! I don’t even feel like reliving this , but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. These shoes are nothing as they described. This shoe!!! You couldn’t have them for sale at a dollar store. The money that they charge for this paper shoe is awful and the fact that you can go through Affirm or Shop Pay and purchase from a scam A** store is ridiculous. I sent that crap back over 45 days ago. I still have yet to receive my money back. But I will contact my bank and get my money back!!! THIEVES PERIOD!! I wish I could add a pic or two or three

All I can say is EVERYTHING that previous reviews are stating is my experience. Company isnt giving a refund for undelivered package, delays in communication, no way to talk to someone, not leather, not orthopedic. STAY AWAY

These shoes and other products are NOT designed with back support or posture in mind. They cheaply made crap, and will CREATE problems, not resolve them.

You pay top price for garbage. And then, if you want to return, you must pay for shipping yourself. I sent back my items within the return period, but no refund was sent. They require you to ASK to get your refund. "Please provide the tracking number, so we can see if it was received by our warehouse."

Terrible, awful. Not a legit company at all. Absolute scam.

This company is a scam. I bought the shoes for $39 plus tax they charged $8 for shipping.
I got the shoes, it was not the same as advertised, was not orthopedic shoes, not good quality, very big, and the glitters on the shoes were spreading everywhere when I tried it on. I had to vacuum the floor. Hard to return and you have to pay for your return label which cost me $14. Overall, I paid $22 for shipping. So, $39 shoes cost you $22 if you return.
Not worth it. This is not an ethical company. Do not waste your money and time.

I am starting to consider myself dumb, dumb, dumb. You find these things on the Internet they really really look good, and then you get this Chinese crap that is nothing like what was advertised. This time it is summer sandals, that provide, ha ha, not true, orthopedic support, support to help with bunions, and a very good-looking shoe.

They are definitely pleather, which so many things are now, and the advertising world is calling them vegan leather. Of course these were advertised as real leather they run small, they’re definitely plastic, and they do not have one iota of orthopedic support anywhere. There is no arch support there is no support in the strap or shoe. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Initially, the shoe is very stiff and narrow. after about an hour, they stretch out so that they fit, but then they start sliding off my feet because they are so loose. They are not adjustable at all. Another crappy feature of a supposedly well-made sandal. I cannot wear it on my right foot because I’m afraid it’s going to slide off when I’m going down the stair or up a stair or just walking along. I don’t need to fall at age 78 and break a bone because of these stupid cheap shoes that were expensive to buy at 30 bucks a pair.

The reason that I asked I am three times dumb, is I bought the sandles in white black and brown. I know this is not the color that I thought I was getting, because I never order a real brown brown anything. In the picture they look adjustable but they are not.

Do not buy this product unless you want inferior-dollar-store-looking products actually they should sell in the dollar store for a dollar because that’s all they’re

These 'orthopedic sandals' are not at all 'orthopedic'. I was so disappointed. They are flimsy, poorly made, no ankle support. I had to pay shipping and it's been a month and I still don't have my refund. Terrible company

Shoes advertised as orthopedic, arch support. Shoes arrived, but the shoes are not orthopedic at all, there is no arch support, very poorly made and look very cheap. Order page said money back guarantee, but you have to pay shipping to return the shoes.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I’ve learned now to only buy after reading reviews, or better yet, buy from a brick and mortar. The shoes were the cheapest shoes ever. The Velcro around the strap didn’t allow me to even be able to tighten it around my ankle. Went right in the trash which I don’t throw anything away easily. I wouldn’t even donate these. I hope upliftex goes out of business.

My shoes we're not genuine letter. The size was too large. These shoes were so cheap looking.I would not be caught wearing these around my house. They were flat.How can they support my feet?

If there was a negative star , I would give that. No customer service for refunds etc. zero quality. Could literally from the dollar store and would be better quality

This company is terrible. Do not buy from them. I purchased a belt 20 days ago. It doesn’t fit. I’ve been trying to return it and no one‘s been getting back to me.

If I could rate my experience with Upliftex lower than 1 star I would! I have yet to receive an order with an estimated delivery date of 5-8 days. It is now day 18! I requested an order cancellation and refund. I was told I could not request a refund on order that was not delivered.

Negative Stars should be available for this joke of a business. Zero customer service. Zero professionalism. Zero business acumen. Zero quality product. Zero integrity. I regret every minute and dollar wasted on Upliftex. Please, do not waste your money!
