If I could give them a 0 I would. Lots of promises for a refund and even an email saying this was processed. Complete LIES. Still no refund and collection of damaged goods. Now in the process of formerly reporting this company. Not even sure it is legitimate company and a lot of it's links for money guarantee and 24 hour service are just images on their site.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Many false promises about when we would receive our sons bed. Order placed in May and still nothing! Have contacted our bank and they’re in the process of getting our money back for us.

Ordered a cot in March for baby arriving in June. Baby is now 8 weeks old and still not received my order! Ridiculous!
Multiple promises of delivery and replacement orders. Ended up requesting a refund. Was told this will take 14-30 days! Why???
Allowed 30 days to pass and still no refund. Absolutely appalling service from what I can only assume is a one man band masking itself as a successful and reliable company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Shambles of a company!
Truly incompetent people working here, no customer service skills whatsoever, totally unprofessional, asking continuously for payment for a item and then threatening if not paid the item will be sold/passed on to some other customer, a true company would not chase up for payment and come across threatening, again what a shambles and truly incompetence from top down, avoid at all costs, and to top it off also offered a 5% discount if we paid asap by bank transfer, what imbeciles and useless people they have working here, simply avoid , much better companies and customer service out there, and to top it off , take a look at the shambles of their office, poor outfit to say the least, may just take a visit there one day!

Ordered the kid's bed in April and there is no delivery or news back from the company. They cut off the communication once i requested 'refund'.
Trustpilot should verify the 'very good' comments with proof or receipt or goods . Personally seeing and checking people around that they are not delivering anything.
They are encouraging people to pay via Bank transfer with %5 discount which makes refund process more complicated.
I think that Legal action is required.

After a period of wondering if I was going to receive my order I received the Agda Solid Oak Desk With Drawers and it is a beautiful piece of furniture. I hope you sort your supplier/distribution problems and can get to a place of fulfilling your orders on time. It's a shame to see such bad reviews when the furniture is so good.

Actually,I cant give even 1star to this fake company.They are lier and trick maker.After lots of correspondence and emails finally I had to cancel my order and received email about cancellation but today I found they send my order to my self storage company and leave it there with torn box.It's absolutely shame we have this lier people and companies in United Kingdom which the country is country of good people with good sociable personalities not the place of fake and lier and trick maker people.please don't trust this fake company at all because they are trying to sell their items and goods with tricks

We are utterly disappointed with the appalling level of customer service we've received from fromthemakers.co.uk.

We ordered a bed for our 3-year-old daughter at the end of April to ensure that she would have one by the time we moved in our new home in mid-June. They assured us it would be delivered within 6 weeks. It's now the 15th July, we have had to chase them for updates at every turn & none of their assurances have materalised.

After the order didn't show up within 6 weeks, we contacted them for an update on 15th June. We were told our order was leaving their Northampton depot on the 19th June & that the bed would be with us within the week & that we would receive a tracking number via email.

We got no delivery & no tracking number.

On the 3rd July, we chased them again, asked for an update, which they didn't reply to.

On the 6th July, we sent them yet another email asking for an update & we rang them multiple times - but we didn't even get an acknowledgment.

On the 12th July, we finally heard back from them & they told us there had been 'unexpected issues' with their Northampton depot, but that it had been resolved. They apologised & assured us that the order would be dispatched imminently & we would get a tracking number that day, or on the following day 'at the latest.'

It's now the 15th July & we've heard absolutely nothing from them.

We have wasted hours attempting to engage with this company & our patience has run out. We wouldn't have even minded the order arriving a few weeks late if they'd had the decency to keep us up-to-date, instead of expecting us to chase them. But if they can't keep their word to their customers & fulfil their orders, then they shouldn't be in business.

So, 1) it would be nice if this lot could confirm whether they're a scam company or not. Then 2) if it isn't a con, please deliver our daughter's new bed - ASAP!

27th February this was ordered…. I am beyond fuming. The company is terrible; false promises all the time, tell you one thing but nothing follows through, communication is horrendous. I am expecting a full refund and compensation for this joke of a company! To top it off they gave me TWO days where it could POTENTIALLY be delivered… so I stayed in, with two young children(!!) and it never came and conveniently when you phone to see they never answer!!! Livid. I want answers!!!!!

I place a order for a bed in April it is now July I still haven't received the original order after sening numerous emails they finally got back to me to say they couldn't get the bed I ordered in stock but could order something else (no thankyou) so I have asked for a full refund weeks ago and still yet to hear anything or see any refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone their customer service and communication is terrible. Stay well clear from ordering from this site.

Absolutely terrible company, ignore emails, dont respond when they say they will, delivery date got continuously pushed and pushed without any clear delivery eta.

In the end i cancelled and ordered elsewhere and had delivery of the same bed within 72 hours, after waiting almost 5 weeks for this company.

Do not use this company ever.

We made an order for a bed and mattress in mid-March that had a 1-2 week expected delivery. Instead parts have been delivered separately and we still haven't had the mattress delivered 4 months later.
Despite constant chasing, and guarantees of delivery dates, nothing has been delivered since. The item is seemingly in Northampton in their warehouse but they are unable to arrange the delivery for some reason that they are not telling me.
Customer services are out of their depth and have no power to change or fast track things if there are delays.
Quality of the bed seems good, though without the mattress we haven't been able to use it.
I will be avoiding ordering anything with them again in the future and would advise anyone to do similar.

Ordered a Montessori floor bed, been told the order will be delivered by 19/06/23, then delayed to a week later, then been told latest 03/07 for an update. And no update since. Emailed to request for a refund, no reply. Three weeks after refund confirmation and still no refund been received.

STOP REMOVING MY REVIEWS. Scam company, you do not receive your order and they ask you to transfer money to them! They also used my mother In laws details to make future payments. I will keep posting these even if you delete them!!!!

I placed an order in March. Order No. 1000042471 and as per today I haven’t received my little one’s bed yet. Customers service useless and don’t get back to you ever via mail and u can’t call. In two occasion after so many emails they come back to me and each time saying I receive the order in 10 days with the 6th of July to be my third time waiting invane. Absolute a scam you shouldn’t give money to this company. I will report them to theconsumers right. You should be ashamed of urself

I was waiting more than 2 months for the refund but I can confirm I have received it together with appology. I think I won't be using then again but happy my problem was resolved.

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a bed for my grandson months ago and never received it. I requested a refund which I have also not received. Companies like Fromthemakers should not be allowed to trade. Absolutely unacceptable service and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to emails.

reply and answer calls until the money is paid then don’t respond and don’t delivery the items purchased

Still bloody waiting on a refund!! Emails and phone calls being completely ignored, been over a month now and I’m just absolutely fuming and so ashamed!! Absolute scammers, I will be taking legal action if I don’t get my refund in the next 7 working days!!!

Your Invoice #1000008761 for Order #1000042730 i never recive my order and company dont want refund money. They ignore my message. They have only complains or FB profile. They are scamer!
