Terrible company! I ordered a new bed for my daughter to move from a cot into a big bed for the first time. We redecorated her room and made a really big deal out of her moving into a bed for the first time. We opened the box to find no instructions and parts missing, it was so deflating and our daughter ended up having to sleep on a mattress on the floor. When we finally got hold of the customer services, they sent us a YouTube link to use to build the bed, and we were told to make it and see what parts were missing. We made what we could of the bed until we run out of parts, however we noticed that the bed we ordered and the one that we partially received were different. The bed that they sent was much thinner wood, did not have mitred joints, and had parts that overhung at our daughters head height - so was an accident waiting to happen. After over a week of phoning them multiple times a day we finally got through to their customer services and asked for a refund, they said they needed an hour to speak to their manager and would phone back, we have been waiting over a week and are unable to get hold of them again. We have been left with no choice but to order another bed, and we are left with a useless pile of wood for £337! Very, very disappointing that a special moment we should have had with our daughter has been tarnished.

I ordered a side board in April. The delivery date has been postponed many times. I was able to contact this company by phone until last month. Now no one picks up the phone or return my call. I am very worried that it is shut down completely. Is anyone able to reach it this month?

Placed my order in may 2023 and still waiting for my product. I had an email in July to say the product would be delayed by 2-3 weeks and they would give me a partial refund. I have had no response since then despite my efforts. I am extremely concerned about the money i have sent to this company that I now may not get back. I am so angry. I have emailed them to say I will be reporting them to trading standards if I do not get a response but I am concerned that this will not be enough to get them to respond.

Have a completely wrong bed, doesnt go together, no instructions!

Only need to look at the other reviews, nothing received, when tried to cancel the order magically they could deliver a week later, still cancelled which they acknowledged, but nothing heard since, no refund, £530 out of pocket until further measures are taken to sort it out. Steer well clear

DO NOT USE THESE! It's a scam. Ordered a bed in March.. still nothing. Email after email..excuses after excuses. No feedback at all.

Reading the reviews and writing this, I too feel I too have been scammed. 10 weeks waiting for my daughters big bed to arrive and nothing.. payment date was the beginning of June.
No response by email, when you call the line diverts to what seems to be a mobile. Several messages left, and no-one gets back.
They claim they are made to order, but clearly not, the website looks entirely genuine, clearly not…
Stay away from this company. I will be pursuing this further.

My order was delivery was delayed but I must say value for money received is awesome and I found the product in other shops 40% more expensive!

Awful. I ordered a bed for my Grandson in December 2022. No bed. Asked for a refund. Still waiting. They should be shut down.

Would give zero stars if I possible! Ordered a bed looked lovely on the website. Lots of emails with false promises of delivery but nothing ever turned up. Offered full refund guess what? Never materialised! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAM

Definitely scam. 4-6 weeks turned to 3 months. Emailed them several times. It takes them a week to reply. Asked for a refund and they said it takes 1 month. Unacceptable. Phone listed goes to an answering machine. Avoid at all costs.

Zero stars. I bought a bed for my daughter 4months ago , they promised delivery numerous times however it never arrived . I asked for a refund a month ago - and guess what it never came! I called/emailed - no reply from them at all just completely ignored me , it’s unbelievable. Luckily I got thru Klarna and now they are in process of getting my money back . Do not trust them at all scammers !!!!

UPDATE - still no money from them !! Order number 1000042587! Where is my money ????? I called numerous times - I emailed asking for the refund - no reply ! Finally managed to speak to a person just now … he says he is clueless and needs to speak to finance team …I mean what finance team !! When I asked why ko one responded to my numerous emails - he said he doesn’t know anything about this and I can report them if I want ! And I will !!! Give me back my money it’s nearly £300!!!! You are disgrace !!!

Think hard before you buy! It is a real shame that this company has such terrible customer support. They offer some good products and for me they did deliver but what they delivered was damaged and not working properly. I contacted them and they offered me a discount to get the issues sorted locally but the problem is they just haven’t honoured what they said they would do. You speak to Customer Service and they blame their finance team. After 2 months still nothing. It is just really poor.

I ordered a bed in May for my toddler. Multiple missed delivery dates. Was told it would be with me last week. Now they are totally ignoring me! I just want the item I paid for OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!!!!

THIS IS A CONFIRMED SCAM. I'm so embarrassed to have fallen for this. They didn't just deliver the wrong bed but there's just a couple of planks of wood in the box that don't fit together! They continue to refuse to refund me.

Accounts overdue on Companies House. MICHAL LASKA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF LEAVING A 2 YEAR OLD WITHOUT A BED IN THE MIDDLE OF A COST OF LIVING CRISIS I CAN'T AFFORD ANOTHER ONE. DISGUSTING.

This is a scam company. Please do not place orders. I was told some lies in order to make the bank transfer. Phone numbers are ringing out and no contact on email. Trustpilot - please issue a warning.

this is a scam. I paid £298 on 12th of march and was told 4 to 6 weeks, when that time rolled by they kept delaying and delaying. It's now 23rd of July and they no longer reply to me. if they are reading this my order number is 1000042424 refund me now as I will be going to trading standards and the police
