I love Frey's laundry products - the scents are DIVINE! The products treat my laundry gently while they clean, I really do enjoy using Frey!

I haven't had this for over a year. I don't want it. Ibegains to stink after 1 day.

I will say I love your products very much. However my latest order was kind of annoying. So annoying that even after receiving 35% for life I'm just not going to be ordering with your company again. I'm due to various discounts that I was able to acquire I should have been able to order a large amount of things today and do so for a price so low that it was silly. Well not ideal for your company as far as bottom line it was ideal in the fact that I would have continued being your customer after the fact however today was so annoying.. no I will not do a follow-up to go into greater detail.. I just simply am not going to purchase from you guys again. I'm very disappointed in the outcome that occurred today, but the outcome of this has pushed me forward in attempting to recreate this amazing formula in my own homemade cleaning products that will soon hit the market as your competition :-)

This is a good subscription item. I have used their products for a few years. I use the laundry products. It was convenient to receive them delivered to my door and the products and scents were great. I feel good about the trees that have been planted with my purchases.

I was surprised with how well the laundry package cleaned my husband's clothes! They barely look worn. And the scent lasts.

The shampoo & conditioner were wonderful; my hair is so clean & no extra residue. It made the difference when I colored my hair.

Smells great but is not worth the hassle. I placed an order and it took months to arrive. I checked in multiple times and they kept assuring it was coming but I am not joking when it took 3.5 months to arrive. Then they assured me their supply chain issues were fixed and gave me a coupon to use. I went to use it and they were out-of-stock on literally every product I wanted. All of that plus the more expensive price tag - I think it is better and less hassle to use a higher end product from a box or grocery store.

The smell is wonderful. I never get tired of it. And it lingers on fabric better than any detergent I've tried. The detergent seems to wash well. The wrinkle-releaser and stain-remover are also effective. If I could make 1 change, I hope they can get the cost down. That's why I use this in conjunction with another less-expensive detergent (use this more on towels and sheets, things I want to smell nice, etc).

Love the products and really love the sales. My son wants to try as well so I am waiting for the next sale!

Frey has the best laundry soap and fabric softeners. The fragrance last for a long weeks if not longer.
I have been using Frey for a number of years and wouldn't think of using anything else. So many laundry soaps that you buy from the store are watered-down so you have to use more.

Frey products are so unique! We both have sensitive skin and we’ve been using the line for I think two plus years now. It’s hard to find products for sensitive needs that actually get our laundry clean & still smell great! The scents are soothing, not overpowering & you don’t feel like you’re getting bathed in chemicals 🙌 We also love how Frey gives back by planting trees for every purchase! We recently moved and forgot to update our new address & Frey came through again 🥰 they tracked down our shipment which had been returned & offered to reship it for us! Love this company for producing a safe product & for the wonderful customer service! Plus plus, we smell wonderful everyday 😊

I found the product good for the money, but I was getting shipments of items I didn’t order and therefore cancelled my subscription.

I hit a rough patch with finances and Frey really worked with me so that I had the right service for me. It really is the best smelling cleanest feeling laundry detergent I’ve ever used. I hope they never go out of business!

Very expensive and does not provide the smell over a period of time. Hardly noticeable.
