Failed to deliver on time.
We were running short of paint to complete decorations before my daughter returned from holiday. Ordered paint from freshlicks on Saturday pm. Paid extra for Sunday delivery, but it only arrived late Monday! Put us out no end. They refunded the delivery surcharge (thanks), but really, shouldn’t offer Sunday delivery if they can’t guarantee it - we could have gone elsewhere if we’d known it wasn’t guaranteed

Avoid - go somewhere else!
Paint arrived dented, pot exploded when I opened it and sprayed paint all over the kitchen and myself, ruining the clothes I was wearing at the time.
Edit - they have ignored my last email now too.

Freshlick is a great company
Freshlick is a great company. My order went through and the delivery came the next day. I spoke to Georgia on the phone with a quiery. She was really efficient and helpful.
I am really glad I found Freshlick and will be definately using them again.
Freshlick just seem to have it right. Fab website which is clear to order from, helpful staff when you need to call and super quick delivery. Well done Freshlick

Ordered 3 tins... not good
Ordered 3 x tins of paint... one was ok, one was mixed badly and the most expensive had been dropped, badly denting tin, that wouldn't stand upright.
Won't be using again.
