I returned shoes that were not on sale 5 days after receiving them. This was July 1st we are now September 4. French Stole has not refunded my almost $500 purchase. They have not returned calls, they have hung up on me and not taken information despite having provided FedEx tracking return received by them info signed by Gabriel at the Lex Ave. location. Shoes not worn and not sale items fully compliant with return policy!

Like many other people here I was scammed. I was a fan of French sole for almost 30 years, never had any issues previously. Bought a pair of ballerinas, payment taken, but received no confirmation email, and no shoes. Contacted the company by email and phone - received a message to sms them. Never got a reply. Money gone, no shoes, no answers. Stay clear of this place!

Do not order from this company. Took my money but no order confirmation and no shoes. No replies to my email and WhatsApp messages asking for a refund. I went to my credit card company and they refunded me within 3 days.

This is a scam! They have clearly gone bust and someone's currently scamming people. Do not buy anything from their website.I wish I had seen these reviews before parting ways with £130. I used to love this company. What a shame, they're nothing but scammers now.

bought two pairs of ballet pumps online via website, not a good website and in hindsight it felt wrong - clunky etc. after a month one pair of pumps arrived which were the wrong style. tried to contact but all numbers and emails didn't go anywhere. why is this webiste still live? it should be taken down? i'm £300 out of pocket

Horrendous company AVOID - paid for two pairs of shoes online totalling £288 - took my money and no receipt or order confirmation. All the phone numbers I have located for the company are out of use, shop in London is now closed. The one person that responded to my email ‘myles’ said they would look into the matter but heard nothing since despite multiple emails to the company. Have had to raise a dispute with French sole via my bank now but currently out of pocket of nearly £300!

Finally their Whatsapp works but the responses are really weird, do not address my questions at all, and now fully expecting 'French Sole' to try and sell to me or scam me over Whatsapp! The style I want something similar ro has not been available for years yet they seem to 'think' they can find me some. Going to block them as now pretty sure the website is a scam especially given the other comments.

This is scam copmany!!! dont buy anything there! I bought a ballet flats, I was charget 160 pounds from my account but even gignt get email confirmation about placing order. I tried to login in my account to see the process of purchase buyt the website didnt work and refuse my email every time. The contact numbers dont work as well and i texted email but but email doesnt work as well . SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company has either gone bust or the website is a scam. I ordered a pair of £120 shoes, they took the payment but didn’t send a confirmation email. I’ve tried emailing the customer service people, no response. None of the phone numbers work. Nor the chatbot. I can’t even get an answerphone message. Am furious.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. It seems like it's a scam site. Like others on here, I ordered a pair of black velvety ballerinas and they sent me nothing. I eventually found a mobile number and I was able to message them but they only replied once to say they were "sending the shoes today". They were the wrong shoes, sent 3 weeks after the order was placed. (Same as someone else on here - Lola in Crocco.) I can't send them back as it's outside the returns window because they didn't send them in time. The phone numbers on the website don't exist, the chat box isn't recognised. No acknowledgement of the order by email. They won't now reply so I am escalating to my bank.

Ordered some shoes. Credit card charged. Nothing arrived. Nobody answers the phone or email. I have managed to get a mobile number that some (unnamed) person seems to monitor, but refuses to engage properly. I assume they are either bust, or a scam, and I will have to seek redress through my credit card company.

I ordered two pairs of ballet pumps. They have only sent me one pair which I didn’t even order. They have sent me a pair which are in their sale. I can’t get through to anyone, no phone number, no email, nothing I’m £240 out of pocket . Don’t touch this website it’s a complete scam.

At this point I believe they’re deliberately trying to defraud people as they’re about to go bankrupt so they sell all to clear even if they don’t have the shoes anymore. I ordered aml358 it’s a black velvety leather ballerina and they sent me lola in crocco. If you call them they won’t answer and send a message “please text me”, then when you do, they won’t reply, or reply like a bot, and the same message again “please text me”.

I received shoes which were lovely but didn't fit. I couldn't find any instructions on how to return them and the website was either down or contained incorrect information. I followed up on email and after a few exchanges was told to just send them back to a particular address. I did so and heard nothing back. I've chased a number of times (and sent proof of postage) and have heard nothing. I am £130 out of pocket from June! It's such a shame because the shoes are lovely but I would never ever order them again.

Purchased expensive shoes on line. Other than the invoice in my account I never received the shoes nor any email. I have sent four emails to customer service and got not response. Their on line chat is a number that doesn't exist. Total scam. They exist as a shop in London but the online shop appears a scam. I then emailed another department who said they would investigate but have had not feedback.
