well...at last an old fashioned company with old fashioned values... absolutly excellent products and the customer service is top Dollar.....nothing is too much bother for them..... do yourself a favour and keep these on your list of companies to use.

I recently bought a new caravan from Freedom - ex demo - good deal. What made the sale so easy was the staff - Stacey was lovely, friendly and the many communications helpful. Lovely relaxed sale!
When I collected my caravan (First Class) Magic did the handover. He was excellent- explained everything so well. He even had me operating the motor mover (I was a complete novice to motor movers!).
After sales so far has been great - I wanted an upgrade to the TV. Magic sent a replacement immediately and a returns label so I could return the other.
I’d thoroughly recommend Freedom Caravans - super staff, friendly and helpful.
NB: this is my second Freedom caravan - great little caravan- easy to tow, easy to store. No damp!!
I picked up my Freedom Wayfarer NTL on Tuesday. The handover and demonstration handled by Magic was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. It was comprehensive and set me up nicely for my first few days away. Jim was my initial contact and the person that originally showed me around the caravan. I pointed out a few issues that I would like rectified and these were duly done ready for the handover. I'd also like to mention the lady in the office who was also warm and friendly.
Collected our caravan just before Christmas - great handover by Magic and Jim. I did have a slight issue but returned it and it was dealt with swiftly by Freedom and Leisure Care. Couldn’t ask for more.
Don’t buy from this company, after sales is non existent.

We spent over £21K on a brand new caravan from Freedom Caravans Stafford. We have had numerous issues which should have been addressed & corrected before we collected the caravan in the pre-hand over checks.We had motor movers fitted by the dealer along with solar panels.After several months the leisure battery was flat & hence the movers didn't work. An MCEA engineer advised the mains lead to the battery was not correctly connected and also that a grade C battery was fitted and should be a grade B for motors movers and a TV (all dealer fitted). This is stated on the leisure battery manufactures website. The dealer didn't answer ref these issues when approached. So cost of time off & travel to Stafford (~ 40 miles away) for them to maybe change the battery? all because they wanted to save a few pounds by fitting a lower grade battery than needed. Another issue was that the mains plug didn't work, response was to return it, when asked how we get it to them legally,they didn't answer!

Despite our email exchanges, we have now received numerous one star reviews from yourself on various platforms. Unfortunately our answer still remains the same; we would like you to return the caravan to our premises that is less than one hour from your home. The back to base warranty that we have in place is industry standard because it gives us the opportunity to sit down with the customer to rectify and/or compensate any issues that may of occurred.
