We recently purchased our caravan. We had a great salesman called Andy he went above and beyond for us. We was let down with a caravan by a different company. So was in a rush to get a new one sorted asoon has possible as we'd already booked a trip away. Both Andy & Marcus made it happen they met our needs all the way through. We wanted a certain caravan with certain extras and they had just the one we wanted. It was a smooth handover. We was also sent a demonstration on how everything worked in the caravan. Thank you for a great experience you was worth the travel 👌

Recently bought a caravan at the Stafford branch of Burtons caravans. The caravan was bought on a video presentation as we stay 430 miles away in Aberdeenshire. We were very impressed by the process guided by David and Billy who were very pleasant and helpful and professional. We really had nothing to do other than drive down, pick it up on a Sunday and drive home. Thanks to the two staff for making it a good experience.

I would avoid . We bought a caravan 2 years ago .we never used it much but had it serviced in the second year.damp was detected in the bathroom .when we took it in for repair they told us whoever you bought this off has done a bodged job which has made the damp eaculate .it will cost between 3.5k to 4 k to get done correctly .these would have known about this and covered it up doing one of their own services . So if you are thinking of buying from them get your own service done els you could end up with a big bill like us .i havnt tried to complain to them as whats the point they are not going to do anything now and from some of their reviews they are not going to take responsibility for it anyway and would end up getting angry andngetting no where .Would hate for anyone to get ripped off like us !

Do NOT care. First outing we discovered the flush did not work on the toilet. Looked at the service and found the Solar panel had not been serviced as it indicated it didn't have one which it did. All I got was an apology as I said I wasn't going to take it back to them.
Their customer service is abysmal

What a great experience of selling my caravan. Sent the details through webuyanyleisurevehicle and was contacted pretty much straightaway. Ian gave a value over 1k more than my local dealers, agreed a date to come and assess my caravan and it was sold. Gave me confidence that they check every square inch of the caravan, for issues which is great if you want to buy a caravan off them.

August bank holiday we purchased a 2020 bailey cabrera black edition caravan from this company only to find out from the previous owner it was full of damp even though they showed us a damp report on inspection we found a repair underneath it had been made which my husband put is finger through the caravan was taken back to them and they offered to get it repaired but told them we wanted our money back all twenty thousand of it .Then while on the unicorn forum I read about a couple who had bought a caravan the same year and same make as we returned alarm bells started to ring and when I got intouch with them it was the same carvan that they were selling it had only been back with the company for 3 days and it was back up for sale I just hope this helps anyone who purchases a carvan from them I wouldn’t recommend BURTON caravans to anyone

Hi all yes those who have bad experiences with company you are all right I was the valaterer at Burton Stafford this is how bad it is I was the 4th valaterer at Stafford and guess what there will be a number 5 valaterer at Stafford as I got sacked while I was on my holiday this what happened I needed fuel for van and I was given the wrong card or wrong pin so I had to ring reception so because I went threw reception probably made him look thick as he hat to come out to me to pay for fuel trying to say my work not up to standard after he came out to me then go on holiday have a call while on the beach sorry not needed any more yh very nice pissing coward couldn't even tell me to my face joke of a boss if looking for a van. Try Dobbis Stafford they will look after you better think I was told by other cleaner he shouted at one valaterer in front of the staff next to caravan site calling him a shirt lifter because he couldn't keep up with the work is this the place you really want to go to and give them your hard earned money

Do not buy from here if you expect a warranty or any after sales service, the warranty is return to base only, so if there’s faulty brakes/hitch/axle you are expected to tow this back to them, after sales service is shocking

Just wanted to say what a superstar Andy is. He’s took us through everything from choosing our caravan to collection today. We are so happy with our new caravan The Swift Challenger Sport. It’s immaculate. Very happy with both Andy’s professional, friendly, helpful customer service and the Caravan Centre as a whole. Thanks again.

DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS CARAVAN PLACE they sold me a caravan with water ingress and adle heating issue along with about 10 other issue they fixed the little issue but the water ingress and the adle system is it not fixed and they are saying there is nothing wrong when I have sent them a video of water coming out the from of the caravan and pictures of the adle system with the falt codes have a look on Google view to see my picture it don't let my upload the to here

Sold our caravan recently was offered a good price with no hassle. Caravan was collected and money transfered with no problems. Highly recommended.

I recently sold my caravan to this company. I was made a very fair offer by Stephen. They then collected the caravan at my house (200+ miles away) saving me the bother of towing it to them. The driver (Neil) was very punctual and very professional in the checks he carried out before paying me the agreed sum before leaving with the van. Couldn’t have been made simple.

Good choice of caravans.

We found our ideal caravan. However. The boast of this company is 'cheapest in the country.' They are not. We found an identical one £566 cheaper but as that one was on Ebay the sales manager wouldn't even consider it - despite the supplier still being a standalone dealer with own website etc. So beware - they are only cheapest in the country within their own County (possibly)...

Refused to negotiate on price. Advertised as having a motor mover. It didn't and they wanted £400 for 2nd hand or £850 for a new one. Wouldn't you have thought to get the deal they would have fitted one FOC? To be honest the sales manager came over as pretty arrogant. The office area is a complete tip (and smelly). Not really what you would expect when you are prepared to pay over £20000 for a caravan.

We have since found another identical van complete with TV, battery, motor mover for £566 less (this is not the one advertised on E-bay so there's 2 that are cheaper in the Country for a start!! - all of the 'extras' we are getting are actually simply the items that came in with the caravan - which would have cost extra through Burton Caravans. Can't help but suspect they just strip off all the extras then try and sell them back - not good practice. All they offered was a load of 2nd hand stuff as though that was the sweetener we would jump at!
