I pulled into Freddie's on Elcamino alto Dr. In Springfield Mo and what made this experience great was not only the service but, also the genuine customer service that a guy named Brandon Stockstill gave me. I love the food already but, the way he treated us made it even better. The friendly clean environment felt cozy, not to mention the whole gang made us feel right at home. Thank you brandon and all of you who made us feel so welcome with great food and great service.

New location in Mesa,AZ Noise unreal from young kids. Placed our order, waited and waited, ones arrived after us kept receiving their meals but still not ours. FINALLY, someone came to us and said a mistake had been made and would get our order to us soon. And they did, but nothing on my burger other then cheese. Went to counter and asked for onions, pickles and mustard. Counted 10 employees and about same number of customers! Cost almost $30 and no drink. Didn’t see senior menu till after we sat down, not visible from where we placed our order. Not a good experience, Not a good first visit, not sure that we will give it another try!

I generally stop in the local Freddie about once a week. I used to enjoy the double burger with just mustard, pickles and onions. But today I was told at the drive thru my burger and soda would be 12.00!!!! Just last week it was 8.79, still got the ticket from the order. So at this point, I have ceased to stop at Freddies ever again. I understand inflation, rising beef prices and all the made up junk places are doing to stay in business. But this was just plain gouging at the highest form. As a protest, I visited a McDonalds just down the street. Granted not the same burger…But a double cheeseburger with drink… $5.49. No more Freddies tired of being ripped off

Visited the Freddy's on Earl Campbell parkway in Tyler today. My husband and I both ordered the senior cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I ordered mine extra well done. When the order came out, they both only had pickles and neither was well done. My husband took them back, the girl that took our order said I didn't write it down for vegetables, fine, buy we wanted vegetables. Then he said one was ordered extra well done, she said I wrote that down. Fine, it was not prepared well done. She finally, after a standoff took it to the back. Came back 30 seconds later stuffing lettuce on the burgers. I had walked up to the counter and said, if we can't get what we ordered just refund the money. She said here it is, right this time. I looked still a Grey color, not well done. I said, still not well done. She grabbed the tray and started back, I said give my husband his. Mine was brought out, still not done. I took it back and said just give me a slice of cheese and I will have a cheese sandwich, that Is what I come to a burger joint for. Finally, they brought me a slice of cheese. I was eating my cheese sandwich when the manager came out and grabbed my tray and said we will cook the burger. I said, no, you had 2 attempts. She said, only sent it back once. I said when we ordered and when you had a chance to fix it. She grabbed my tray again and said then we will give you a refund. I said no thanks, I am eating my cheese sandwich. She pushed it back and said, if you don't want a refund then forget it. An overall horrible experience. I gave it a 2 since my husband ate his, I would have given it a minus 2. Need to do better. We had never eaten at this location before, but will not be back, may never eat at any locations after this experience

Freddy's added a new "Digital Fee" of 2.75% to my order. I don't know what a Digital Fee is for since I have not seen it on any other restaurant delivery by DoorDash orders. There is no way on the company website to inquire about it either,

Ordered a small sundae with chocolate custard and a small vanilla cone. Waited in drive thru for quite a while and this sundae came out looking like I could drink it. I sent it back and brought another with only half a cup of custard and maybe a tablespoon of hot fudge and it was still watery. Apologies came that the machine wasn’t working correctly but paying over $11.00 for those two items was highway robbery. First and last time going to Freddys !! McDonalds or Burger King would have been a much better and much cheaper choice !!!!

Sadly, as a bus driver, trying to help out the staff of a Freddys in Corpus Christi, I called the restaurant informing them I was going to bring by a girls softball team to have dinner. I asked if that would work and could we come in 10 minutes. The person I was talking with said okay. I then asked, as the bus driver do you give the bus driver a free hamburger. The person said no. They don’t do that for bus drivers. I thanked the person and said we’re on our way.

It’s sad. I understand place don’t give out free food, but it seems like a missed opportunity to do something special for a bus driver who took the time to call ahead bringing a group. I was trying to take care of the staff at the restaurant.

Oh well, I suppose customer service is something else.

The customer service at this place is atrocious! I used their garbage app to gain points/rewards and upon redeeming the points for a "FREE" item - I was still charged for it.
After submitting a complaint, I was told that I got what I redeemed and that they cannot do anything for me.
You could have given me my money back? Or an ACTUAL FREE ITEM?! The absolute lack of customer service or understanding of the situation is abhorrent! I wouldn't eat here again even if I was starving to death.
May this place rot!

09/12/2025 Took my kid’s to Freddy’s in great bend Kansas after we went and saw a movie..lady that took our order was rude never gave us a chance to look at the menu, after taking our order I pull up to the window to pay I handed her my credit card which she DID NOT run handed the card back handed us our drinks said can I see that card again it didn’t go through I said there is money on this card it’s my bank card and I have a lot of money in my account handed her back the card she turned her back for a couple minutes turned back around said oh there is nothing on it I said there is but hang on I have cash I handed her cash which she jerked out of my hand. In when she handed me our order she threw it into my hands didn’t say I’m sorry have a good night nothing. Very very unprofessional I myself am a shift lead in a restaurant and we don’t even treat our customers that way. This store has lost all business from me until she is either gone or dealt with accordingly.. she is very very rude and unprofessional. Her hair was hanging down on her neck and shoulders down her back did have a scrunchie in but was almost to the end of her hair and not very clean

Fries are too tiny to cook ahead of time. They were cold and nasty. Small like steak and shake fries. Burger had too much mustard and the meat was kind of soggy, like it was boiled instead of fried. Asked for unsweetened tea and they gave me sweet tea 🤮. I wont be going back

The food is never consistent. This weekend my burger was disgusting. It was cold and no sear whatsoever. And then it took 24 minutes for a single order. Custard was melted. And it's way overpriced

Customer service is really bad especially the woman who picks up the calls on the corporate line in Wichita. She is so rude and dismissive. She makes you feel like freddys does not care about you as a customer even if it's the first time you ever came to them with an issue. If this is how they treat customers this restaurant disgusts me now

Freddy’s Burgers outshine Five Guys, Shake Shack, Smashburger, and The Habit Grill in both taste and value. While In-N-Out isn’t available in my area, Freddy’s still stands out with more affordable prices and fries that are even better than McDonald’s.

Brand new establishment in Elkhart IS PHENOMENAL!! FRIENDLY, FAST AND PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I DEF WILL GO BACK !!

I usually get a pattymelt which are very good. I thought I would try a BBQ brisket burger yesterday.
It wasn't very good. Brisket was dry and tough...my dog got some of it . Onion rings were great though

The food is great I had prime rib and a shake it was wonderful but a little expensive at almost 15$.
