Not enough deliveries for it to be efficient. This also creates the second issue of trying to be like an Uber. You should just have a limited amount of drivers and just let them take care of the deliveries.

I can never accept an offer fast enough. I know you don't think people are using bots, but there is absolutely no way someone can go thru the steps to accept an offer that fast. It's incredibly frustrating. I paid $45 for a background check and haven't been able to even earn that money back yet.

When I first started it was great! Then every time I get an order sent to my phone I go there and it’s always gone I haven’t been able to accept an order in almost a year now. It always says it’s gone every single time.

Services and payment are ok but no too much work at all need more freight that people work with you

It’s only 1% to catch a order that you release , I can see order requests but every time I try to accept it and it’s gone , you should send orders to individuals separately or it’s meaningless and frustrating

There NEVER seems to be enough time for me to acct an offer. By the time I click on it it’s already taken by someone else. There have been several times I will have the app open, an offer pops up and within a Niki second it’s already taken. You all need a better way of distributing job offers fairly to ALL drivers. The current way simply doesn’t work for most.
