The process went quick. Especially the background check which also costs $49.00. I’ve been waiting for the documents that I uploaded to be checked. Been over a week. They sure were quick to get the $49 for the background check but now crickets! I’m about to file a complaint with the BBB and the Pennsylvania Attorney General.

I needed to move a floor model sofa from Living Space to my home across town. GoShare provided a fair and a straightforward way to move the item . My driver was responsive , helpful, and made it happen , plus insurance gave me peace of mind . Among bidding, I was pleasantly surprised on the outcome .. pickup , delivery , price, and transit. I was quoted higher prices for the same service . Overall, I will use this service again .

First time using this app to deliver furniture. Pon and his helper did an excellent job! Very communicative, efficient and on schedule. This was a time saver for us and so convenient! I will definitely book future services through GoShare!

I've been using GoShare for 10 years now. Best service ever! Bought a mattress that was delivered to front door with no help to carry upstairs. Went on GoShare and noticed they now do labor only which was new to me. Booked at 6:40 and they were at my door at 7:00 and out by 7:15.

This was the easiest to book. I needed a couch delivered. I called 3 companies and the rates were ridiculous for an hour job. Then I found go share and received an instant price for the job. Compared to other companies it was 1/3 the costs. I was able to schedule on the time I wanted the next day. My couch was delivered with friendly and professional men. Best service ever. Love the web page also. Easy for this 68 year old grandma to figure out.

I literally signed up with this company almost 2 months ago I paid my fees for my background check or dmvr check I've completed all necessary paperwork and I am still not started working I feel like this is a total rip off and I keep getting the runaround every email I've sent

The driver called me confirmed the information. Was careful delivering the couch not to damage it.

I was happy with my delivery person, and the experience. My only negative comment is that I found the app difficult to navigate. Granted, I’m old but it should not have taken me 1/2 hour to finally figure it out. The driver was great, on time and efficient but he did not have a dolly, My apartment bldg has one so we managed. If I could be assured I would have that same driver I would use GoShare again.

I saw a large furniture item at the local HomeGoods but had no way to get it to my house. The store associate suggested using GoShare. The app was easy to use and I could schedule the delivery around my schedule. The time you select for the delivery does mean when the job will start / drivers will leave their homes not when they will arrive FYI but they were super professional, fast, and delivered the piece with no damages. The cost was similar to a typical furniture store delivery fee like at Ashley, Raymour etc. The delivery men were even nice to my dog who was out by accident. Overall great experience!

This was in southern New Jersey for a pickup at the Costco in Mt Laurel.
App is subpar. Estimate is low and then they add to the charges after the fact. They tell you didn't indicate everything you wanted in the order, but I did. Their app is so confusing that they probably didn't see it. When I got the final charge, it was another 50% over the original estimate which was already high enough.
I truly appreciate that you can get somebody fast to help you with a delivery, but the driver arrived an hour late.
The driver and the helper were incredibly professional and did a great job but dealing with goshare and their horrible app and trying to get my order in their app was a nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone.
If I were a nasty person, I would cancel the charge on my credit card and fight them on it but I don't want to go through the hassle.
I hope they're happy that they got an extra couple hundred dollars from me because I would not recommend them to anyone.
This is the first bad service review I have ever written. Normally if I have a subpar experience, it's not a big deal but this one was a mess from start to finish.
The director of customer service replied to my email with incorrect information. They charged me even though I had sent an email asking for a review and then I wanted to be contacted before I was charged for the final invoice.
They should be ashamed of themselves. Please don't use them. There's a high chance that you will be overcharged in the end and there's nothing you can do about it. Again, five stars for the professionals that helped me that day, even though the driver was late, he was awesome. But zero stars for GoShare itself. And they should get a real professional programmer to do their app to get out all the bugs in it.
