Poor service
Website said available and so we placed the order and paid, but it wasn’t and had a lengthy delay, and finally once available, there was no notification of its arrival date/time. The response was an abject apology. Not good enough!

We offered you an immediate refund but you chose to wait until it came back in to stock, which accounts for the delay you mentioned. We informed you of this date from the outset, which you accepted and the stock arrived within that time period. We notified you that your order was being prepared for dispatch but a technical hitch meant that you weren't provided tracking.
