Unprofessional
Booked a storage unit online, came to the storage, they told me my booking hasn't gone through in the system and they don't have units that size. Than why was I able to book one online?
I agree on booking a larger unit since I'm already there, but every time I came I would get told off that I need to hurry because they close soon. I cancelled my unit and will never be doing business with Fox Self Storage again.
Also, this place is, by definition, not a self-storage.

While we are classed as a self-storage facility, our team are always on site during staffed hours to assist customers and ensure safety and security. We are sorry to hear you chose to cancel your unit, but we appreciate your comments, which will be used to help us improve both our booking process and communication moving forward.

Neat and good parking
It is clean and convenient. The working hours are a bit less, no flexibility. 6 day working only.
I received a message that I do not need to serve any notice and when I vacated there were 22 days the space was vacant and did not get any refund. I think it would be best to pay weekly DD not monthly.
Overall the experience is good staff are pleasant.

Our opening times are set to balance customer access with on-site safety and staff availability, but we do regularly review them based on feedback. Regarding the billing cycle and notice period, we follow a monthly payment structure in line with our terms and conditions, though we appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration.

Used Fox self storage earlier on this year for some furniture while I was completing on my house. Excellent service and staff were great.

Also closes by 5.30pm week days.

Foxes is a very professional and secure location. It offers different size storage units at competitive prices.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
Foxes also offers a great moving service, any size property is catered for. With friendly and professional staff to make it ad stress-free as possible.

Easy Self Storage
Moving from Bristol to Taunton we needed some short term storage for some items we did not want to go in the removal van. The Wellington branch was ideal as it was just off junction 26 of the M5. Staff were friendly and the site clean and easy to access. It was also good value and met your needs. Would recommend.

Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Unit was good. Access and trolleys helpful. Would give 5 star but for the fact you have to pay 4 weeks up front, even if you gave a final date, but then wait up to 21 days for any overpayment!
