BEWARE!
Promise of special rates to be offered after the initial 2 months promotional prices … these ‘special’ prices never manifested themselves, full extortionate price was charged every time, even though they were assured that we intended to continue to store our stuff at Fox’s for many months to come.
Little or no communication evident between the ‘shop floor’ staff, and the frequently referred to Accounts Team. LOOK OUT!

Very helpful great service and price
Very helpful great service and price. Only downside was the complicated payment method for the first payment which was confusing and I didnt like. I would have thought payment on a card machine would have sufficed!

Great facility, clean, good size and variety of modern, secure storage units. The staff could not have been more helpful and efficient. I made an error with my booking but it was rectified by 8am the next day. An excellent service all round.

Temporary Storage Solution Solved
Was looking for temporary storage for contents of double garage and large shed during our recent house move. Fox Self Storage offered us a solution at a reasonable price. Shaun and his team were extremely helpful and the whole process went without a hitch. I was able to load and unload as and when I needed. The units were clean, modern and secure. The lift was a blessing as the units were located above ground floor. Would definitely recommend.
