I enjoy shopping at FortNine because of the selection of quality products at a price that I know is at least fair, and often cheaper than competitors. I enjoy that it is a Canadian business right now, too. Free shipping is a definite plus for me. The shipping time to BC is a bit longer, but that only affects me on things that I need fast. In those cases, I will shop local if I can. If I can wait, I will always check FortNine and I would rather not pay for shipping than pay for faster shipping.

Great prices, fast shipping, easy returns!

The fact that this store does not offer exchanges is disappointing enough, but what really frustrated me is that they wouldn’t even make an effort to provide a discount code so I could repurchase the item at the same price I originally paid.

I understand having policies in place, but there should be some flexibility when a customer is simply trying to get the correct size. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Good products at a good price

Easy paiement and delivery, just the search of parts, i maybe did something wrong but once i enter my exact model I had to go to every pages to find the part i needed, didnt manage to do a research specific parts for my specific model.

Didn’t send

Prices are decent and good products, but FortNine has to be the slowest shipper ever. I've ordered from them a few times and they don't ever ship anything within a week and then it must go by mule train because it takes forever. They must manufacture the items after the order. At least they're honest and say it will be 3+ weeks to arrive.

Custom service is unreal. And products are shipped out within a couple days.

Order was quick to deliver but tires have a Date Code that is two years old. Not happy with losing two years on a product which shouldn't be used after five years.
