Said they had waders in stock in the size my wife needs....so we ordered them! a day later the order got canceled. Going wheeling in a week and now have to scramble. When called customer service they more less said sorry about your luck. Very disappointed!

Advertising items they are already sold out.
It took them 3 day's to figure that out.
Not recommended.

Absolutely terrible customer service and zero accountability.

I ordered a helmet, my payment was taken immediately, and then I heard nothing for over a week. After multiple unanswered calls, I finally got through to customer service, only to be told they had to check with the warehouse. It turned out the helmet was actually out of stock due to their inventory error.

The worst part? If I hadn't called, I doubt they would have even told me. Their only solution was a refund, as if that made up for wasting over a week of my time and forcing me to start shopping all over again. They made no effort to offer an equivalent helmet or any goodwill for their mistake.

Revco.ca shows no accountability when they make an error. Poor communication, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism. I won't be shopping here again

Bought 4 tires for my sons Quad received 3 1 went missing for a while so they said to buy another one e and when the missing tire came in to send it to them and I would get a refund this is only over 2 weeks and still have not received my refund guess I will have to dispute this with my credit card provider makes no sense I own a business I have a credit card terminal takes me 2 minutes to return the money to my customer
I really don't recommend Revco.ca to any body if your looking for better price parts for your quads or side by side give ADM Sport à call free delivery over $100 and the tires are cheaper and s excellent customer service

Ordered a 1000 dollar track...they sent unininsured and no signature required...it got lifted an I'm out 1000

I placed an order from revco on Dec4, told it would be delivered by Dec 24 . Still waiting for the ordered, when I contact revco to find out where the order is they do not respond to my emails.

the accessory i both from revco.ca is stuck in a canpar wherhouse some where. revco.ca deals with canpar courier and the told me tha revco.ca made the error and canpar said revco.ca did the error,not the fist time i will buy my parts and accessory some where else. still waiting.

Absolutely terrible company to do business with. Their website is confusing, they don't do returns. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Paid $159 for a dirt bike tire and a tube. The tire was faulty and lasted 3 hours before one of the nubs tore off putting a hole in the tire. This was NOT the fault of the rider and the images we provided should prove that. They would not even bother to respond to a warranty claim. I have never had such poor customer service from a company before to just leave a customer hanging like they have. It should never be this difficult to return something that was not worth what we paid. Will stick to Fortnine where they don't treat customers like they don't need them to be in business. Shame on John, the so called "Manager".

Ordered a tire for my motorcycle was in a rush cuz i got a blowout on other one . tire said would be here in 3-5 days. tire never came. contacted customer service who ultimately did not care about my problem been 15 days now no tire. really disappointed
