We notify our customers at the time of sign up that the trial is free for 7 days and so long as it's cancelled during the trial period, there is no billing. In addition, the subscription confirmation is always sent to the customer’s email address. It contains all the details about free trial, payment due dates and cancellation.

Wasted 2 hours
Spend 2 hours using one of their forms to be met with an oh hey if you wanna print that, you're going to need to subscribe for our trial. So I cave and do it to be met with a blank page of what my "subscription" was going to give me access to. Thanks for wasting my time.

It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.

This company had been the absolute worst I have ever tried to deal with. I had opted for the 7 ay free trial and had nothing but problems trying to complete my order. They do not return their calls, nor do they respond to their messages! They just jerk you around until the 7
days are up so they can then charge you. False advertisement! So much time wasted! I cleared everything and got out.

Beware - no option to cancel during the free trial
Beware! They advertise a 7-day free trial, but if you try to cancel within that 7-day period, there won't be an option to do that. I logged on to my account and scoured the site, but they provide no option to cancel within the 7 days. I tried the online chat option and tried calling but received no response. After the regular monthly billing starts, then you'll be able to cancel but will then have to go through the process of disputing the charges with your credit card company.

Cannot cancel subscription. This is fraud.
I used this site today to generate a pdf. Didn't check the document in my rush to get the notary to sign the document. When we reached the notary we found that a word typed on the document was not complete when converted to pdf and printed out.
But most oddly I got a message from PayPal that I am set up for automatic payment for $72/- recurring payments by this site. I went right away to the site to cancel my subscription and find that there is nowhere to cancel the website subscription. I plan to ask Amex to hold this transaction as a fraud transaction as this website does not give me the option to cancel as they should and have indicated i can. I have sent them a mail on their site regarding this issue. Let me see what they come back with.

You've taken almost 2 months to reply and I've already flagged your annual subscription charged to me as a fraudulent transaction to Amex. I'm not paying for a service I did hit use.
Also the instructions you have given are also not true. I did not find anywhere on the website to cancel however hard I looked for it (I shouldn't have to) and no number to contact.

Despite using the 'Contact Us' link provided on their page and asking them to cancel my service during the trial period, I was still charged for a full year of service. They refuse to refund me, saying they have no record of my request to cancel. I will be filing with my credit card company.

Watch out I lost $97.00 on this sight.
I give them 3 stars for the ease of completing a form. However they advertise free 7 day trial which I signed up for. They immediately billed my bank card ror $97.00. I sent them 3 emails within 5 days asking to cancel and refund me $97.00 they did cancel but refused to refund me $97.00. Their advertising is deceitful in my opinion.

I created a free trial subscription to see how this website is compared to similar ones.

It was a pleasure to come across this service. I was in a hurry and managed to find and fill out the necessary form quickly. But when I wanted to print it, I saw several blank spaces in my document that shouldn’t have been there. I contacted customer service, and the issue was fixed quickly. But still, it took a bit longer to prepare the form than I expected.
