Bad business tactics . Made me buy a form for a homework assignment

Created document, signed up for the trial, then couldn't view the document.

I was unable to download or print only got error messages on the form

I spend quite a bit of time filling out a form, clicked "done" and was asked to create an account. I did so and choose the trial option, but was still required to enter payment info. Since I wanted my firm, I went ahead and did so, only to have my form and all my work vanish. Even though I now have an account, I will never be returning to this site.

I was charged for nothing. There was no pdf saved after I had already completed it and paid for the service.

The app was easy to use. It was a good experience. I'd come back to use this site again in the future.

When I requested the Ladybird deed form, it took a while to get the form correctly. There were not instructions as to how the form is to be filled out, ie the names need to be EXACTLY as on the original deed. etc. And because of that the deed was rejected because my wife's middle name was not used, only the initial. Since I needed only one form and thought I got the FREE version since I was done in a short time and certainly would not need a subscription to your system. I have not used the system since the deed was finally completed but I have been charged for 4 months at $39.99 for not using your system. With all the transactions on my monthly statement I did not realized I was being charged monthly
I am requesting a refund for those four months and have instructed my bank to block any further billings form your company. I do expect at this time a full refund for the 4 monthly payments for which I got no benefit.
It would be nice if information that is critical on forms be identified so that your customers would not have to got to the expense of resubmitting the filled out forms twice.

The print was different than the document. Said it was a free trial and charged me a dollar for one print.

I needed a Bill of Sale and almost lost all hope to find one with my specific requirements. Thankfully, FormsPal came to my rescue and I got a few different ones and once that I modified to my needs. Very happy and thanks!

The trial makes easy to get all the documents you'd ever need. Very easy to signup and pick which ones you like. Fees for the full version are also under $100 so it's not a deal breaker for me either. Thanks!!!

All forms and agreements are clean and clear to understand. The entire site is well categorized and very easy to use. Lots of things you'll need at some point in your life so better save it somewhere.

Everything I need, all in one place, what more could I ask for? The trial is great but the fees were already so low that I didn't mind to pay in full. Thanks for the assistance too, the support has been great!

I am happy and satisfied that websites such as this exist. As a student and a young adult, these forms come handy often and are hard to source because lots of times you end up with paperwork that is outdated.. Formspal keeping things fresh and up to date. Thanks again!

What I like the most about their platform is that you can customize an existing agreement (this is super important) as I usually need to add few extra points and paragraphs and it's very easy to do.

I recently bought an online business and needed a non-compete Agreement form so that the previous owner couldn't cause me any issues in the future and got one up to date form right on this website. Great interface and made it easy to navigate. Thank you.
