Brilliant company to do business with. Customer service super fast and efficient

Was in contact with Mark Cheeseman today at fogstar the help and advice he gave me helped me so much know my system is running perfectly. Thanks Mark.

I had a query about batteries, specifically the wraps, so sent a message. It was replied to extremely promptly, and with all the information available. The whole process was handled by Chavarna very professional and polite, a pleasure to converse with

Many thanks Fogstar and Chavarna .

I have just bought one of there Drift Eco lithium battery’s, I wanted to collect the battery in person on arrival the product had already been picked and was waiting for me, the warehouse staff and the office lady’s especially Chavarna and Keira were all very welcoming and polite plus they were all very knowledgable about there products. I have removed two lead acid battery’s and fitted the Lithium one in my camper wow !!! What a difference in usable energy plus a big saving in weight.
I would recommend buying any of the fogstar Lithium battery’s in the range.

Chavarna was brilliant, great customer service. Prompt and efficient, dealt with your questions with a friendly but professional manner. Gives you confidence in ordering from the company.

Emailed about a flat battery, gave me instructions on how to fix the problem. All fixed now, great service.
Couldn't have been more helpful.

Thanks to Mark for answering my questions thoroughly and quickly today. It is our first time installing a Fogstar 16kw battery so we wanted to make sure we are fully prepared- great service

I think Fogstar are a shining example of how a UK company can shine. I am new to caravaning and they gave me technical advice same day over the phone, I bought the battery from a dealer and Fogstar shipped direct to me. I was sent a complimentary battery tray. Upon receipt Victoria (on their support team) helped me register my 10 year warranty. The app works brilliantly too. So "Buy British! Buy Fogstar!".

I found fogstar very helpful and friendly. Jade was quick and direct and I would use the company again.

Excellent service from Keira in sales and also Mark in tech support. Happy to recommend.

absolutely the best supplier of safe 18650 batteries.
nobody else goes to such lengths to ensure quality and safety. I wont buy from anyone else.
Wrapped well, packaged well, honest fast shipping.
real batteries, unlike many on amazon and ebay

I recently bought 3 21700 batteries and after using them for a few weeks i noticed that one was not quite as good as the other 2. I contacted Fogstar and informed them about said battery and after some back and forth, and supplying some photo's of the charge and discharge rates, they quickly agreed to supply me with a replacement.
Overall i think they did a great job and i couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Edit - the battery they supplied as a replacement was no better than the one i already had. It had a capacity of 5000Mah and not the advertised 6000Mah.

I purchased a Fogstar Drift 280 in November. I just came back from Lytham St Annes after 5 nights in our caravan for New Year's. I thought I'd share how great the battery performed. We have a twin-axle caravan with a quad motor mover, E&P leveling system, and wet central heating. It was very cold and windy with no solar input, and the heating was on constantly, along with normal lighting around the caravan. After motor-moving it back onto our driveway, it still finished on 34% with 13.1 volts. I am amazed at how good Fogstar batteries are. Our two old 110a lead-acid batteries would not have lasted at all. I forgot to mention I even used 20% of the battery power to top up the Ecoflow for my Mrs hairdryer/straightener and microwave. I 100% recommend their batteries; they are the best caravan purchase to date. Looking forward to 2026 with lots of weekends planned. Many thanks, Ian and Jue.

I bought a 280ah drift in the black Friday sale at a great price. Delivery was quick. I required some of the settings to be altered in the BMS to fit in with what i wanted to use the battery for and Mark in customer support did this remotely for me after a few e mails and a phone call. Top marks all round.

Superb service and great knowledge even over the holiday period.
Sound advice with no bias … Great company to deal with

Quick and courteous - Jade York was so helpful

It makes a real change to deal with a company that is polite and genuinely helpful from the receptionist to the engineer. Many thanks.

Clear concise communication

I had to contact Fogstar over the Christmas period and spoke with Phil.
I have to say that the service I received was second to none it was absolutely spot on.
He answered all my questions and gave me the information I required.
It wasn’t even a Fogstar fault but an inverter issue which made his help even more welcome.
I there without hesitation can recommend this company.

I placed an order on the 15th of December unfortunately there was a problem between fogstar and the delivery company, these things happen, emailed Fogstar and got a reply from Chavarna who was very apologetic and sent out a replacement next day, top customer service
