This shop makes general chinese sellers looks wonderful.
I needed this wig by a certain date and ordered It more than one month before. Information saying 10 days for shipping.
I've waited THREE WEEKS for the shipping (It was custom made but was a general wig without measures, can't believe it took that long) though they were totally aware of my deadline, and they ship it only after many messages from my part and a reminder the day after their confirmed deadline for shipping.
The package stayed than blocked at the customs for exactly 19 days (how is It possible every other items Is usually free in 2 days?). Obviously it was way too late for me and asked a refund. They said "you can return It" and when I received the package the answer was "well you had to NOT ACCEPT IT for the return to be free".
In the meantime I wrote 6 mails to the custom service. Not an answer. Never.
Was only able to speak with some of them (the service should be 24h/7 but Indeed they out of office most of the time) through Messanger.
I really can't add anything more. Just avoid waste your Money. The wig also lost many hair by Simply opening the bag to check on It.
PS. I wrote a bad review on their site but of course they wouldn't allow it to appear.

Final Fantasy XV Aranea Highwind Episode Prompto Cosplay Costume -I commissioned Winter outfit to Be made. Since it is a outfit can be made that is not her normal base one with Armor. For those that are not skilled with making armor. But would like to still be her. Or simply would like to be both verisons. So I commissioned since I want to cosplay her. I didn't realize she is indeed a waistline cosplay. I also paid the 27.08 dollars for customize as well for my height and waist. Also adding a few extra cm since she is also a winter fluffy type outfit as well. I waited 6-9 months after ordering for me to be able to get her. I was confused at first when I put her on.. since outfit didn't cover my stomach at all.. like 5 inches doesn't cover. I do have a slight stomach. On which fm anime pointed out instantly. Rather than understanding the cloth error thought of her being a waistline cosplay. Also again I added extra cm in customize and it's for my height waistline and everything since customize. To pay so much and also be body shamed as well. Since it was 5 inch difference on outfit for my stomach. I added a super long tank top.. the same color as the jacket to cover myself. After I finally got fm-anime.com to respond on email. They wanted to charge me another 100 does for more cloth to recreated what they messed up. I said nope and they ghosted me. I already paid 400+ for the outfit for it to be made wrong and to be body shamed.
(Before I knew aranea was going to be made wrong. I ordered there boosette.. after realizing aranea was wrong.. i hoped boosette would be okay.. but she was also wrong. i got 3 cosplay weapons in total 2 were already on the website and 1 was custom made. i love them all and all of them arrived in a decent time and packaged VERY well (lots of bubble weap!!)

for their cosplay clothes i cannot speak but their cosplay props are very good!!!

Ordered two cosplay outfits, and both times sizing was fairly decent, yet they use cheap materials, their stitching is very subpar, especially with button holes, and accessories like leg belts are not sized properly, despite giving good measurements. overall not very good. Even the boots I ordered were of cheap quality, having a zipper in the back as opposed to being lace up like they are supposed to be. The laces are just for show and are not meant to be laced. The tongue is attached to the rest of the shoe as well, so even more reason for them to not put any effort into the quality.

Catastrophe, rien ne va. J'ai commandé un Cosplay, très cher, en L pour ma fille qui fait du M, le pantalon correspond à du XS. La cape est trop longue mais trop serrée à l'encolure, les chaussettes sont trop grandes. Tout est disproportionné. Bref, j'ai dépensé 275€, attendu 2 mois et demi pour la livraison, payer la taxe qui n'était pas comprise (à ma surprise) dans les frais d'envoi, tout ça pour rien. Le service après-vente ne veut rien faire. Une belle bande de voleurs... A éviter absolument !!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 cosplays and 4 months later, still haven't shipped.

At first I didn't get a reply from them until I realized they had chinese holidays. After all, who doesn't want to take a break during the holidays ;)

After that they got back at me very quickly and answered my questions patiently. Shipment arrived quickly. The fit and look is very good!

Just keep in mind if they dont get back to you right away, check if there are some festivities or holidays ongoing there.

Ordered from them back in 2022, took about 4 months to ship, which ofc isn't exactly ideal to some people who may want their wigs early. The wigs were good quality and came with free wig caps, which I think is a pro.

Bought a wig that was supposed to be on stock, waited for three months and it was never shipped, I wrote to them on several different occasions and they sometimes never answered and other times just delayed the shipping for "reasons", totally disappointed

Ordered a wig and it was hell.
So I've got my wig (super late mind you, offering me no other choice than to forego my cosplay completely because I had no time to order another wig somewhere else because it took me over 3 months to get this wig!?).
It's... terrible. You can see the bottom, it's frizzy/ and chunky and the worst thing? It doesnt even fit my head. Regular wigs do. Wigs from amazon do. Arda wigs too. Not my first rodeo. This is lower quality than some halloween wigs i got online. That saying a lot. And the smell, gosh the smell is horrendous. Had multiple bags on it and it still smelled, had to trash it. The hair fiber was toast. You touched the hair and it broke, possibly treated at too high temp or because of the chemicals.
Oh and their customer service took weeks to answer me... To offer me 10$ off the next purchase.
Buy somewhere else.

Honestly, they are not bad at all and the best quality cosplay I have gotten from any cosplay site outside of etsy, and very good money for value.

However they do have some small issues such as longer wait times then what's said on their site for the cosplay to get made. If you want to order a cosplay from them I would definitely recommend ordering 2-3 months before you need it for a con to give you the extra time.

Another thing I want to add is thier response time to emails however needs work as it takes them up 5 or more days to replay to any emails. I would recommend contacting them through thier Facebook page as you will get a faster response and you can see when they have seen your message.

As you can see they have had a lot of negative reviews and people giving them a lot of hate, but my own personal experience has been pretty good, and I will order from then again in the future.

On a attendu près de 10 semaines avant de l'avoir mais ça vaut le coup. Après on a fait faire du sur mesure et il lui va parfaitement.
Le SAV est un peu lent. Je les ai contacté plusieurs fois par mail et par messenger. À force d'insister j'ai toujours eu une réponse même tardive 😉
Le suivi des colis est top

Ordered a costume for my son and months have gone by. No replies for weeks at a time. Finally they send a reply that it is shipping so I wait another 6 weeks and it still hasn’t arrived. Sent an email yesterday that I will take further action if it is not received or refunded and they send a Hong Kong Post transaction sheet saying it was just delivered that day. Terrible. Never buy on this site. I ordered two wigs on april and have patiently waited a few months. They never arrived. I then emailed them several times and never got a reply. Meanwhile it is now July.
I get just completely ignored.

Good quality, fast order and shipping. Every details of the shipment received by mail and they respond fast. I was a little bit scared when everyone was saying that this website was bad but it's not ! I'm definitely gonna buy more stuff with them !

Let's start with the cons:
Things will take a long time to make, especially if it's a commission or tailored measurements (I waited 6 months for one of my costumes)

They aren't exactly speedy to respond to emails, I submitted a commission request and never got a response so I had to submit it again several months down the line

They offer one shipping speed as far and I can tell and it isn't very fast

I've gotten several costumes from them and one was missing an accessory, I replaced it easily but they never got back to me on it

Pros:
The quality is worth the wait 100%. It may not be Artistic Sprouts but they still use great materials and everything is well made.

The sizing is accurate from what I can tell. I gave them as accurate of measurements as I could get and the costume fit perfectly

They do commissions at great prices, so if you can't find a costume on their website just reach out to them

They're absolutely not reliable, avoid any transaction! I ordered and payed for a cosplay costume, the item has never been shipped, i wrote more than once, I had no answer at all

i had some trouble about the return with FM-anime before, for a wrong size costume ,but now the problem that i had has been solved already and honestly i hope to deal with them again and honestly execpt FM-anime i don't know no one who can release that kind of quality product

some peoples said fm-anime is a scam or Something but they are all wrong, when i did a order from them ,the order that i did is arrived 6 Week later after having did my order on that website, very satisfied and i'm going to buy sile stuff from that site again

I got a costume custom made.
Upon receiving it, it was way too small. After showing pictures, we made a deal to send it back and get a new one in return.
This time it was too big. Since it's been months already I asked for a refund but they declined since it was custom made.
Otherwise it was beautifully made and high quality, but I'm just sad it doesn't fit and it looks stupid on me. Also it took quite a while for them to answer my emails sometimes.
