I ordered a gift basket for a birthday

I ordered a gift basket for a birthday, and it was delivered without the included bottle of wine. When I emailed them about the issue, I received a completely unclear response — there was no actual answer, only some random attached images.
I called them the next day, and they said they would call me back. No one ever did, and of course the money for the wine was never refunded.
I will never order from this website again.

I placed this order on Thursday afternoon for delivery on the morning of the 31st, as surprise gift for my partner’s birthday. However from the point of ordering their service went down hill rapidly.

Firstly on the 31st I received an email, at 11.42, claiming their delivery driver was at my partners location, to make the delivery within the requested time period, but could not get a reply from her mobile phone due to a power outage in her town. Common sense would have been to get out of the vehicle, go through the gate and ring the door bell to complete the delivery. Instead he drove back to the Odessa store. Additionally telling me that the order cost increased and that full payment needed to be made on a pre prepared bouquet, before delivery. My reply was I had paid in full at point of order plus, I had the screenshots off their website to prove it and that my partner was at home waiting for the delivery.

On the next email timed 13.01 from them this time they had altered to price again, still claiming it was outstanding, utter rubbish. By this time my partner had contacted them to find out what their were playing at, being told her order would be delivered by 18.00 local time.

At 16.13 I received an email from them telling me they had actually now completed the delivery along with this sentence from them “If you liked our service, leave a review. Your feedback is very important to us! Rate 5 stars There is a problem Congratulations on receiving a personal cumulative discount - 6% on all future purchases on Flowers.ua” Outstanding how not to get a positive review from any customer let alone one that is annoyed with them.

What they did not know is that I know the centre of Odessa quite well. There are plenty of good florists stores in or close to the central area. Would I use this company again NO.

Next time I would happily use 7 Roses located on the main shopping, restaurant street, Derybasivska St. Or Botanic Boutique on Baltymorska St, their prices do not increase on the selected delivery day.

In summary I found Flowers UA pricing policy to be unethical, certainly not professional and I come from a national accounts commercial sales background within the Food sector. So am fully aware of contractual pricing good practice standards.

They asked for extra delivery fee, but still didn't deliver my order and they didn't refund me but gave a coupon.

Order no: 308430590. I ordered flowers from this website despite of entering the location details I paid for the delivery fee. They sent me an email after that asking for about an extra delivery fee for that specific address, which I didn't like hearing, but decided to accept it because of the deadline for the flowers. After I was overchaged, they failed to deliver it on the date. When I debated, they didn't even deliver it a day later. They did not deliver it at all!! I asked for a refund but they gave a partial refund as credit on their website. I sent many emails asking for a refund, all rejected and never got any reply after my last email. Do not get scammed by this website like they did to me.

На жаль, враження від замовлення повністю зіпсовані. Букет, який був доставлений, суттєво відрізнявся від фото на сайті: замість яскравої та ефектної композиції іменинниця отримала тьмяні й маловиразні квіти.
Крім того, доставку кілька разів переносили на пізніший час, хоча з мене взяли доплату за ранню доставку.
Дуже розчарована. Не рекомендую.

I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from ( maybe the people who were happy with the service just write here much less often). What can I say, it was wonderful, both the courier and the operator were incredibly kind and professional. As always, it’s impossible to compare with what’s usually offered in Europe. Everything was fresh and beautiful, and the courier even went to a different address because the recipient decided to surprise everyone and not stay home for the night. And still, everything was fast and well-coordinated. I was really worried because of the negative reviews, but this turned out to be an amazing experience. A huge thank you!

Мене ошукала ця компанія. Замовив великі метрові рози а привезли в половину менші ніж ті що у них на сайті на фотографіях! Більше того частина квітів були вже зав'ялі! Не зв'язуйтесь з цими шахраями!

Very disappointed with this experience.

I ordered a bouquet from this shop based on the photo on their website. Unfortunately, what I received was very different:
The advertised bouquet was full of pastel flowers (peach roses, white and pink spray roses, alstroemeria) arranged beautifully and tightly.

The bouquet delivered had far fewer flowers, no alstroemeria, and was mostly filled with greenery.
The overall look was much less attractive than advertised.
It feels misleading when the product delivered does not match what is shown online. Very disappointed with this experience.

Een grote teleurstelling voor 50 euro

een ster is alleen voor bezorging. rest was mis. de bos naar warde bijna 50 euro was 2 keer kleiner en weinig lijkt op photo, geen reactie op mijn eerste 2 berichten , mijn recensie publiceren ze niet🤷‍♀️, en helemaal geen ongewenste recensie op dit site. dat was grote teleurstelling, zonde voor dit geld en slecht gericht aan klant . PS: The seller’s promise written below on July 4th remained empty words. My proposal to resolve the situation by delivering the product in proper condition received no response — neither in action nor in writing. I would like to remind you that several of my direct messages to the seller prior to this also went unanswered, and my attempts to leave a review on the website were unsuccessful, leaving me unable to warn other trusting customers about my disappointing experience.

Flower delivery

At first when reading the negative reviews, I was scared as I had already placed an order but to my great surprise they’d delivered and were very patient and accommodating. The flowers were beautiful and vibrant and they delivered the flowers as soon as the recipient confirmed she was home. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Great company.

Horrible service

I placed one order 2 days before the day that i needed the flowers.

The day that they were supposed to deliver them , they did not deliver them , i texted them and they told they called me couple times but they did not call me even once.

They told they dont have these flowers in stock on the last moment i told them to send another bucket flowers that i send them. They said that they also dont have that particular one. I asked to give my money back but they refused and send cheap flowers that i did not want and did not like. Without my agreement.

This is unbelievable, never had such an experience , this is a scam

Impossible to contact them after…

Impossible to contact them after buying: they never answer to my emails, nor to my phone calls, and the bot fakes an answer saying to contact the operator first, which means nothing. They play.
But in the meantime, take my experience into account: I bought flowers, they sent a message to say they couldn't deliver the flowers, and I have no more news. I'm unable to contact them.

Разочарована

Заказывала букет маме на 8 марта, букет не соответствовал описанию, и простоял менее чем 3 дня. На мои письма и просьбу заменить букет, как написано на сайте, никто не ответил. Не рекомендую. Номер заказа №344509253. На указанный мэйл также писала. Со мной в итоге связались после моего здесь отзыва и сообщили что я должна была отправить фотоотчет до 5ти дней чтобы получить новый букет. Я сообщила, что направила жалобу на 4й день, но со мной так никто и не связался...с тех пор тишина...так что делайте выводы...

Испорченый праздник 8 марта.

Испорченый праздник 8 марта.
Не доставили цветы на 8 марта, говорят не могут дозвонится, сам жене звоню проходят звонки, поссорился с женой из-за этого. Уже 11.03 цветы так о не доставлены, между временем сказали что кустарных роз для букета больше нет они их хризантемами заменят. I placed more than 20 orders with them…

I placed more than 20 orders with them without any issue.
But, i wanted to surprise my girlfriend and send her some flowers for March 8th.
I placed my order on March 3rd for the delivery on March 8th.
One day before on March 7th my girlfriend received a phone call and they agreed that the courier will come the next day between 10pm and 2pm. The day passed and there were no updates, no phone calls, no emails, NOTHING.
The next day on March 9th i got an email that my order which was supposed to be delivered the previous day, has finally been delivered. But my girlfriend has not gotten anything!!!
Today on March 10th, i sent them emails, i contacted their live chat support and they avoid me.This tactic is VERY unprofessional. Basically i got scammed!!! A week after i paid for my order. I got no refund, my girlfriend didn't get flowers for March 8th and nobody gave me any update as to what happened.
