Ordered the birdhouse with peonies (in stock) and was told that neither the birdhouse nor the peonies were available.

After my negative feedback I was contacted by the designer with a formal apology and told that my original order will be delivered within a week.

I must admit despite my initial review that the complaint was resolved promptly so I’m modifying my review to reflect that.

Great customer service is quite rare in Romania.

Pentru prima oara am decis sa fac o schimbare si sa comand flori si de la Flori de Lux. Comanda in sine a fost usor de plasat, am avut asistenta live pe chat-ul de pe site, lucru de apreciat.

Comanda a fost data dimineata, pentru ziua in curs. Spre seara primesc un mail in care mi se comunica ca florile nu pot fi livrate decat a doua zi. M-am declarat client dezamagit deoarece scopul comenzii era sa o surprind pe sarbatorita DE ZIUA EI, nu a doua zi. Mi s-a promis ca a doua zi le va primi in cursul diminetii, pana in ora 12. Trece de ora 12 si nu primesc nici un email de confirmare ca a fost livrata comanda si nici vreo reactie de la destinatar.

Dupa cateva telefoane se face si livrarea, mai tarziu, insa cu alte flori fata de cum cerusem.

Prima si ultima mea experienta cu Flori de Lux.

It is the first time i order flowers on this website. I requested some informations and i had a fast answer, they are very professional.
My mother received her flowers for St Mary in the same day i had ordered, beautiful and fresh flowers as expected. My mother was very impressed also with the delivery, as two presentable and well mannered young boys brought her the flower. Thank you ‘Flori de lux’ for saving the day and make my mother so happy. Defenetly i will use them again.

Din pacate, nu aveau pe stoc florile dorite de mine, insa am reusit sa iau legatura cu ei si acestea au fost inlocuite. Apreciez sincer ca au facut tot posibilul ca livrarea sa ajunga la ora indicata de mine! Recomand! :)

Serviciul cu clientii deplorabil, isi bat joc direct asa de clientii lor, dupa ce nu sunt in stare sa livreze ce ai comandat iti ofera "o ciocolata din partea casei" ca la gradinita. Direct plangere la Comisia Europeana scrie pe ei. Termeni si conditii abuzive, scrise in asa fel incat sa se acopere pe toate partile, orice ar face gresit. Decat sa comanzi de la ei mai bine nu comanzi nimic. Informatiile de pe site sunt inselatorie curata.

Am receptionat cu promptitudine trandafirii criogenati comandati, sunt foarte frumosi, singura nemultumire este ca nu am primit parfumul comandat si pe care l-am PLATIT (Agent Provocateur - Petale noir), cica nu il aveau pe stoc, ci unul inferior calitativ. Daca nu il au pe stoc, de ce il afiseaza pe site pentru comenzile online ???
